Very disappointing. Ordered the 2 piece meal with breast and wing. That was the smallest chicken wing I've ever seen and the breast was dry and hard. Tortillas are kept in a steamer and obviously had been there a while as they were wet and firm. Charro beans sauce was leaking onto my mashed potatoes, yuck. Just a total lack of awareness. Won't be back.
They cook the legs and thighs too long. The skin is like eating beef jerky. It’s happened more than once. Sides are good.
It's just okay. My husband said his chicken was hard, and my classic taco salad lacked flavor. Also, they got my husband's sides wrong. He asked for potatoes and they gave him mac & cheese.
Make sure you clarify you want a regular size drink. Managers will ring you up a large which cost almost $3 without even telling you. Shame on this location.
Omg i order 14 pieces and they offer 16 so get extra side I say ok someone tell me how many pieces in the picture can see 8 I come home and surprise now what !!! Workers not pay attention we get screwed

If you are looking something that bridges the gap between fast food and sit down restaurant food quality this is your place. The chicken is always hot and fresh and they have a wide variety of options available. Several healthy options as well. I find at times that the staff could be friendlier..

I ordered some chicken from them that was not cooked correctly, it tasted like plastic. I took one bite and got super sick from it. 0/10. I do not recommend.
