Above and beyond customer service. The lady that closed tonight waited for us to arrive for the order we placed half an hour before close but we got delayed from driving in this crazy weather tonight. Good authentic Puerto Rican sandwiches ❤️ taste like the ones from home! I loved my kola champagne and coco Rico. While I was munching on dinner it felt like I traveled back to ?? & visited for a couple minutes.
Great place to get puertorrican style sandwiches, beverages and even goods. Reasonably priced.

This is what I received when ordering with Uber eats. Before even placing the order I called and spoke with a female and I asked what was on the sandwich. She said it comes with lettuce tomatoes and mayo ketchup. Also ham egg and cheese. I said great I’ll order it then. Mind u she stated that when placing the order online if there’s no notes they will make it regular. I had no problem since I wanted the sandwich how it comes regular. Upon receiving my order, I had no drinks and a plain sandwich. I called and asked what happen I think I was given the wrong order. Now the same lady I spoke with before says, it’s your responsibility to call the driver and ask them to get your drink. First off no it’s not. It’s in my order. Then she also says when placing online you will get it plain unless u say “con todo”… make it make sense please. If I order a regular sandwich and I’m told it comes with all the toppings why do I have to make special notes on Uber eats…… just base on this experience I will not recommend this place.
I've had the Cuban sandwich twice and it's so good. Tried the quesitos, also good. And if you know what irn bru is then I think the kola champagne tastes like it.
I got the Cuban and it was really good.The coffee was amazing and I’m not a coffee person however it tasted great.Definitely stop by and try it for yourself.
The lady that makes sandwiches was rude , obnoxious, unfriendly, and had a very negative attitude. Food was ok but her demeanor was extremely poor. Emanuel the cashier was very polite and attentive.
The food is mediocre, but the problem is their customer service. I checked out the 1 star reviews to see if I was the only one who had problems with the customer service, and was surprised when I saw that I was not. Both the male and female cashiers had the same issue. I’m not one to leave a bad review but the way we were treated was ridiculous. We approached the cashier to place our order and she yelled at us for not knowing that their breakfast items, mind you it was 8:00 am, had run out. Then she proceeded to yell at my mother for asking if the information she had put on Zelle was correct. Awful customer service. If you’re going to have an attitude at least have the food quality to back it up!!! If you want real AUTHENTIC Puerto Rican sandwiches with REAL Puerto Rican bread go to secret spot at Keene. They offer amazing customer service, unlike this place, with Puerto Rican pastries and real Puerto Rican bread.
Good food, just need a little music and a more happy jollie staff.
I would give a 5 star but this was my experience. Food is good and nice portions, but employees don’t even welcome you and they got straight faces. Like we know work is Uuuuh some days but God a least a smile and give a great customer service to the people that visits.
