I have eaten at that chain before. I guess I assumed that they all have the same high quantity products.They do not. While their Kolachwas quite tasty , I actually went there for donuts ? for my several grandchildren Purchased 2 mixed dozen. The employee's were we superb . My only problem was the lack of freshness. Otherwise 》》》Two thumbs up !
Second time using drive through, second time with a messed up order. After repeating three times it was still missing items. They pay no attention To detail, try to rush through the order and don't seem to care about the customer. It seems they just want your money and couldn't care about your satisfaction.
I ordered a latte with unsweetened vanilla shots and stevia for my partner this afternoon, and I took it to him during his lunch break. After a few sips, he said it didn’t taste right and was super sweet. He gave it back to me because of the sweetness was giving him a massive headache. I made it home about an hour later and brought the cup inside to pour out. What we received was not a latte but a cup of steamed milk with some sort of sweetener and no espresso.
Ordered sugar-free vanilla latte with Stevia, order looked correct on the side of the cup, started drinking it but something tasted off. So I poured it into another cup and it appears as though I actually just received frothed sugar milk. I have a massive headache and don't think I'm going back to this location.
Maybe it was because im BLACK or something but the manager tells me they don’t serve hot food, they serve “LUKEWARM” i said give me my money back!!! No one wants to eat anything cold or “warm” that’s supposed to be hot!!

The staff is very friendly, they have a good variety of donuts also the Irish cream iced coffee is delicious, highly recommended

Asked for extra cream cheese this is what I got almost dry. This has happened multiple times to me and I’ve yet to post a review thinking it would get better and it hasn’t. Idk what this is Dunkin’ but it needs to get fixed. The attitudes also need to get fixed, the morning people are awesome but in the afternoon there’s nothing but attitude. Fix it. Thanks.
