Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered 6 piece steak finger basket and belt buster combo. Received a 4 piece steak finger basket missing the Texas toast and my husband didn't even get his combo at all (well, he got his drink). Still tipped the driver because it wasn't her fault but this store needs to get it together. It's called quality control. Someone is supposed to check that the order is complete. Not answering the phone either...not very good customer service. You get paid to provide a service, pay better attention. Your lack of care, is someone else's disappointment.
The worst place I have to. After placing my order and then being asked to pull up and wait for my order. The wait was long and my fries were cold. I asked for them to replace the fries, the worker went inside and then another wait. Another worker came out and said I needed to come inside. So ridiculous. I will never go back. Waste of time and money!
Typical DQ treats. The drive through was packed and they got us in and out quickly. Great job!

Every time I've been here the wait is ridiculous but this time takes the cake. I have currently sitting in the drive though for 24 minutes waiting for a burger and chicken fingers.Update: The fries and chicken fingers were soggy garbage by the time they got to me and the gravy was literally the consistency of milk.I wont be back, complete waste of time and money.
This place is a joke .Its being run by teenagers an manager lets them do whatever they wont .while in drive thur i witness all of worker checking phone an taking pictures.also young man on the fryer was vape an had no gloves an keep touching his hair! Spoke with manager .she sucks as well rude ! An never told them anything about being on phones! They all need to fired! Just close this sorry as place down .!!!
Idk.... They were good. Cheap. But I went and was ordering my food and the lady taking the order was coughing even on the speaker. So I cautiously went to the window where a guy with a half smirk told me my total and awaited my form of payment. Idk... It seemed... Weird.The times prior to this were enjoyable. The downside is that this location has an extremely long wait time. On average I'd say it's about ten minutes to get your food brought out to you.
Only people inside and took 25 min to get 2 hamburger meals and they didnt even come out together!!
Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and 1 steakfinger basket and get all chicken strip baskets and I also ordered two cups of nacho cheese and don't even get what I paid for!!?Oh did I mention I asked for a four piece and only get three pieces!!????
My food was hot and fresh and they treated me with care. Will definitely go back soon
