It used to be the best Cicis pizza but it went way down. It was the only one we would go to, drive further for it but the pizza was old and dry. Noodles were all different colors from cooked to uncooked to dried out and something black all in it. The boy said he could put out new and it was the same. Maybe black was from where some had burned and fell into little pieces. The desert just as bad. All tables were nasty. I asked the boy if they had changed management because things were so bad. He said well you know they closed the other one in nrh down, that's the only response to the nastiness I bring to your attention. It seemed pizza was made way in advance and just sitting because even when they brought out new it was already old and dried out.
Friendly staff, great quality of the pizzas, and cleanly restaurant. We went with our entire extended family and enjoyed a very enjoyable experience for everyone. The little ones had a good time with the food and then playing in the game room and the adults were able to comfortably enjoy their meals.All in all, a great Cicis to visit with your family!
I really like how they go around and pick up your plates constantly because it does pile up. It makes the restaurant clean and they are very good at loading their pizza! Salad is fresh which is good.
Great buffet special of $3.99 mon-wed. Place was clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Very good experience.

Truly an awful experience I ordered delivery as I had many times before I was not given what I paid for I called up to get it fixed was told I'd get a refund not even a replacement Pizza I never got the refund so I called to fix that and they have still never processed a refund to me never given me any sort of compensation for their mess up they've lost a lifelong customer and I will be contacting corporate
It is a great place that the children love. I personally like a little more upscale but the quality for price is great.
