Usually this one is pretty good. I eat vegan and the food is decent. Today, they put cheese on my vegan bowl, whatever, I went back and switched it out. They were understaffed and only taking online orders. A complete idiot who couldn't read the giant signs and blockaded walk way still came in and got mad at the 3 poor employees who had to deal with his idiocy. It's times like that, that it's better to not be mad a little mistake and remembering these people are doing their best.
Unsanitary and poor quality of food at this location. My barbacoa was one big chunk of meat and inedible. Shredded cheese was unavailable and the grilled veggies were burnt. The employee behavior is the main reason for 1 star... the cashier was eating, drinking, and using her phone with gloves on while working. The main cook was eating while working. This is disturbing as the cook is preparing food while eating. I also saw the cook wipe down a counter then use that same rag to wipe her hands and arms off. I will not be back and I did not finish my meal.
I literally have never written a bad review about any business or restaurant. I have to have such an extremely terrible experience to even consider it. But, I feel like this review needed to happen;I Placed an online order to have ready for pick up at 7 PM. Walk in the door at 7:05 PM. Order is not ready. They keep telling people they are out of chicken and are making it and also that it would take 8 to 10 minutes. I stood waiting for my order, SO PATIENTLY, from 7:05 PM until 7:40 PM. I am not big on complaining because I worked in the restaurant industry for eight years as a server and I tried to give a little sympathy. The only thing I was offered was a free small drink. Even after the chicken was apparently done it still took another 10+ minutes for them to get my order out to me. So poorly managed, so poorly organized and so poorly ran of an establishment. I’m sorry, but it can’t be that hard to figure it out.
Placed an order online, set pick up time and waited an extra 45 minutes past pick up time at the store for my food! All the while, they were serving people in line as they walked in. When there was nobody in line, the employees all stood around joking with each other and didnt help the people in the back fill online orders. Got the food home and it qasnt edible, the rice wasnt cooked (hard like nuts and chalky). At least they "made an exception" and refunded my money (said they "typically don't do that").
We came and ordered then they late us know they were out of cheese after the fact. Tables looked like they had not been wiped off all day. Trash cans were over flowing. Receipt printer was not working. Was told we would have free queso for the lack off cheese yet were charged with out letting us know. (I have no problem paying for queso, but don't tell us it is free then charge us with out letting us know.) Not to mention, the last time we were at this location our rice was severely undercooked, like crunchy. There was no compensation after it was brought to their attention and the workers even acknowledge the undercooked rice for themselves as "oh hell no, I wouldn't eat this."
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The only good employee was the cashier, she was sweet and had good customer service. The lady who has in the salsa station had her AirPods in and kept touching her AirPod/ear with her gloves on (she didn’t even have the decency to change her gloves when she did that). She also looked like she did not want to be there. Every time I asked for something in my bowl she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her.
Even though I had to wait because they were out of some things, my first order was thrown away, I still appreciated the hard work and teamwork. They made it right and with customers back to the entrance it was crazy busy. I will certainly be back, it wS just bad timing and crazy busy. Great people.

Closes at 10. Got there at 720. No brown rice, no black beans, very little chicken, lettuce was brown. What are they doing there if they're out of what they sell. Makes no sense. Good luck.
Got a burrito for a togo order. Tasted fine but it was pretty small for $9 and half the ingredients were only on one side, the rest was just rice. They also gave me the wrong rice: cilantro instead of brown. I also asked for cheese and red tomatillo salsa and I'm not sure they put any on... It wasn't busy when I went in so I can only assume they just don't care.
