Worst chic fil a i have ever experienced. If i could give it a zero i would. Went there after work to get a chicken sandwich meal with fries and a drink, it was a regular crispy chicken with JUST mayonnaise. They messed that up the first time, had pickles on it and my sprite was only carbonation no flavor whatsoever. It was gross. So we had gone back to fix my meal, and they messed it up again. Made it a spicy chicken when i never once said i wanted spicy.. will never be coming to this chic fil a again.
We went by this morning for breakfast and got a surprise that a pet rescue was doing a meet and greet on the patio. The food was good, the employees were extremely helpful, and we appreciate their community values!
This location is ridiculous. Too many employees standing around doing nothing while the inside is filthy. They serve people out of order in the drive thru so customers are honking and being *ss clowns. Food is always good and rarely mess up order. I go in the bldg due to the backwards thinking in the drive thru, but last time the only spot an employee wanted to clean was where I was standing. Will be driving to Colleyville or the one on Tarrant Pkwy for better conditions.
Every single chic fil a is open except for this one because of weather? The roads have been melted since yesterday. No excuse to be closed today.
This location is just not on par with all of the others. I paid $13 for a wrap and a side salad. Didn’t get any of my dressing. Wrap is about half the size it normally is.. I go to chick-fil-a because i know no mistakes will be made. Guess it was too good to be true. Won’t be back to this location.

if i could give this place one star, i would. the employees will swipe your card mutiple of times extremely rude manager and horrible customer service. do better chickfila. this is real disappointing for a new place to do this horrible. in my opinion, will NEVER come here again. VERY disappointing.
I love chick-fil-a, what I don't like is waffle fries all over my floorboard. Two full meals shoved into one bag, I called and was told to ask for multiple bags next time. Manager was nice and did offer explanation so from now on requesting two bags. Food is great,staff is nice, overall thumbs up!
Love love love Chick filet..even our 114 location...I have their chicken noodle soup bowl/ 12 chicken bites. I eat 1/2 the chicken noodle soup and 6 of the bites. That does me. I have the rest the the next day for lunch. Their chicken bites are not full of grizzle it is white meat chicken breast and breaded just right. I am diabetic so this is perfect when I choose to eat out for lunch.❤?
