The worst Chick-fila-a I have ever been to! Person taking our order in the drive thru was rude from the get go…when we got to the window to get our food, said the wrong name and we asked if she meant this and her reply “oh yeah my bad”. We asked for some sauce for our order and they gave us one sauce & when we asked for more she rolled her eyes and handed us two more: never said thank you or my pleasure. Just very rude! Will not be back again to this location again!

Placed a mobile order around 9:40, got to chick fil A around 9:55, told them I had a mobile order, they told me to come through so I did. Got to the check out window and I felt the staff was very rude and short with me. They said my order did not go through but waited till after 10 pm to tell me this and say they were closed, and could not make any more food. Even though I was there, and I had been patiently waiting in line. Love the food, but probably not again at this location.

I was in the drive thru lane for 10 mins behind a gray jeep. He put on his emergency lights and I asked why he wasn't moving, he said his gas ran out. So I put my blinker on to go around him and the person on the lane next to me allowed me through, but I had to back up a little bit in order to get around the cones. The lady behind me blasted her horn thinking I couldn't see her in my back up camera. So when I finally got around to the speaker, the girl comes on and is like: "We don't approve of that behavior on our drive thru, I'm not gonna let you order." I asked her what she meant by that type of behavior because I didn't do anything wrong and started to explain everythingthat happened. She didn't have a response, was like "uhmmmm" and clicked off the speaker. I went to the window to speak to the manager who was not helpful at all either. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I placed an order via the Chick-fil-a app (I’m a RED Member) that was apparently delivered by Door Dash. I was charged over $40 in fees! Additionally, I was not and STILL have not been provided a receipt. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Chick-fil-A customer support and then with Door Dash customer support with each saying the other has the receipt! What a NIGHTMARE! Finally, I was told to call the store…this store. I called yesterday and today with the same result. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They will charge you whatever they want and give you the runaround so they can pocket the extra money!TOTAL SCAM!

It's hard to find a Chick-fil-A that'll give you anything to complain about, so really and truly, they're competing to see who can be the best of the best - and this particular one is incredibly good, thanks to the employees. They are always so kind, and somehow manage to be unbelievably efficient and fast, without ever making you feel rushed or as though you're taking up too much of their time with questions or an inability to make a decision (I'm neverrrrrrrr indecisive...) like will I order 2 fries & drinks with my 30 nugget meal??? or just make do with 1? It's choices such as these in life that could be what changes everything. What? You thought their nugget meals only came in 8 and 12 piece options...or 639 piece birthday pack??? Nope - much to my giddy surprise, they offer a 30 piece nugget meal, which saves the day & my budget considering I have a 6'3 growing 16 year old kiddo that eats me out of house and home. See....it pays to take a little too long deciding in the drive-thru, they'll throw out little nuggets of delightful info such as the hidden nugget meals in an attempt to (very kindly) nudge you forward. A special shout out to the true heart & soul of our beloved Chick-fil-A - the top notch employees that never stop smiling & giving it their all!

They are still some legit managers out there. Consistent well prepared good quality food. The hustle and attitude of employees is top notch. Try their salads! I'm no rabbit, but I can make a meal out of their salads and that's saying a lot from me. Avocado Ranch dressing is really good.

Worse experience at a Chick-Fil-A ever. Luke warm fries, one sauce for 4 strips and strips taste different. I ordered a large drink, almost consumed that before I received the replacement fries trying to get the strip taste out of my mouth. There were so much ice. There were only 2 cars in line when I drove up, so maybe it was a slow day and the food sat around. I wouldn’t have written the review if they acted like they cared. The guy at the standing at register, which appeared to be a manager seemed annoyed because I asked for another sauce. I really wanted my money back, but I didn’t feel like dealing with them. I felt like it wouldn’t have been pleasant. I came home and fed the strips to my dog.

This is the most unprofessional and outright discriminatory location of this Franchise I have ever patronized. Using the drive thru to order a meal with an extra drink took forever while I continued to repeat myself and the attendant whose mind was everywhere but the only place she is needed proceed to say she cannot understand my accent. I have spoken English all my life and May enunciate words differently occasionally, to audaciously attack my accent says a lot about this location. I proceeded to get my food and on getting home I realize the waffle fries was burnt and dry, I picked up my phone, called the location requesting a manager, to my surprise the uncultured piece of what I will not call her on this platform had the audacity to tell me it’s not their fault they can’t understand me. I was shocked and reached out to corporate, they promise to revert, it’s almost 2weeks with no response from the location or corporate. How can you have folks like Tanya lead a place known for its empathy and exemplary customer service? She invalidated my concerns and refuse to get me the assistance that could address my issue. Is it a crime to sound different? Why treat me like I am not deserving when I spend my hard earned money to support your business? My money don’t have an accent when you swiped the card, right? This is a terrible Chic Fil A location, nobody reached out to address my concern of our poorly the attendant delivered her service or the supposed Manager Tanya who most likely is a no good for any business, or the 2 issues raised. Sad to see folks still concerned about what you sound like in 2022

Lines are ALWAYS LONG, but they are somewhat fast. They charge for extra condiments though, which is annoying. If I SPECIFICALLY ask for 4 ketchups, I obviously need them for a reason. It makes me want to refund my entire meal because I am very specific about my condiments.
