I've always been a big fan of Chick-fil-A no matter how difficult it can be sometimes to maneuver the long lines. Today was totally different. We went through the drive-thru and it was a mess. People were everywhere due to the dinning area being closed and the lady at the window was just screaming insanely. My daughter ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget meal with a extra side of Mac & cheese only to drive off and realize she didn't get her fries. We had to turn around and get back into this chaotic line and the young lady taking the orders began arguing the fact of what we ordered as if we didn't know what we ordered. The next young lady we encountered done the same thing so when we got to the widow they immediately asked us to pull up . I asked"just for fries?" they were so unorganized they said yes so we did and a few minutes later they came out with another order of Mac & cheese. My daughter tells him that she was waiting on fries and offered him the bag back but as soon as he walked away and told them we were waiting on fries we could hear the Hispanic lady at the window screaming insanely again this time saying "GET THE MAC & CHEESE" as if we had stolen food or something. She ain't afraid of COVID-19!!!!! Smh...lmbo!!!! Customer service is pretty much nonexistent nowadays. Losing weight and saving money needto be my first priority in the new year and I know how to be nice to myself. Disappointment at one of my favorite places!!!

Honestly chick fil at this location and the one on 820 has the worse customer service. The food has been cold, the lines are slower and the attitude here smh, but the food service needs a little work
Chick-fil-A is always awesome! I just wish it would not get sooo crowded! You will be in-line so get ready for that. But it is worth it...
What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A. Never a problem, food always fresh, hot and good. Staff are always great, even the younger kids. Maybe they should give a school for McDonald's.
Faster than most locations and friendly staff members. The food was good except we received burnt fries at the bottom of the fries container.
It was a really busy time and they worked really hard to get the orders out quickly. I can say our order came out very fast.
