Nice spot for Italian attached to the mall. Very busy space in front of a movie theater, but we did the online waitlist, so it didn’t take long to get a table. Salads, bread, plates were all good. Spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, lobster ravioli were all good. Our server (Danielle) was awesome too. $24 per person for pasta and sodas was a little steep, but overall it was a solid meal.
The only reason for 3 stars is the taste of the food. However the service was so bad. We waited an hour to be seated and an hour for our food. I think our waitress forgot to put in our order. She wasn’t very good either. She didn’t communicate like at all and I eventually had to stop her and ask where our food was as my 4 year old was getting very restless at this point. She mumbled something about checking on it and we saw her walk past us like 5 more times at that point and she didn’t say a word to us about it. I just wanted to leave but my toddler was very hungry. Also I’m 8 months pregnant and they put me in this really tiny booth and it was just really uncomfortable. I didn’t like that either. Props to the bartender though who made me the best virgin daiquiri I’ve ever had! Thank you ??

The service and food are amazing here, better than OG!!! Our server (Reese) was amazing, very attentive and helpful. She made our special date night even more special, you don’t see people skills like hers anymore, and her work ethic was on point. Anyone looking for good Italian food go see Reese at Carrabbas in Hurst. Great food and amazing service.

We ate at Carrabba's for the first time in a few years. Not only was the food subpar but the presentation was nonexistent. I got lobster ravioli and came out on a plate with barley any sauce and nothing else. The ravioli was chewy and not very good. My daughter got steak and it was so salty she could barely eat. She has dietary issues and requested some modifications but waiter said no. Food was prepared in big batches early in morning and could not be changed. I will not go back.
Second time dining at this location. First time was for a birthday celebration. Great service and food. Very attentive server despite the size of the party. Today was subpar at best. The waitress seemed aloof and distracted. She struggled to remember who ordered which drink and what food despite the party only being 3. She dropped off soups and salad and didn't return. Same thing after leaving the entrees. She wasn't rude or discourteous. She kept the drinks refilled. She passed the table several times without stopping by or checking in on us. Service was very underwhelming. The soups and salad were great. The other two guest said their salmon and chicken Marsala were delicious. The bread was good. My salmon was good but the garlic potatoes tasted like box potatoes. I couldn't taste the garlic at all. We shared with the waitress that we were celebrating a birthday. She dropped off a free dessert. She didn't say happy birthday or acknowledge the guest. It was disappointing. I am rating a 3 because the hostess was friendly, Oscar assisted us several times and the manager greeted us on the way out. The manager did inquire how our visit went but we didn't bother addressing it. I wrote a note to the waitress and left it with her tip. Maybe she was having a bad day or was distracted. I wanted her to hear my concerns and not think it was an excuse to not tip. Not sure I would visit again.

We went here for my niece birthday. I ordered the Chicken Byran and it was delicious, even my salad was good. Now the service was alright. Our waiter was acting like we were getting on his nerves. I blessed with a tip anyway. Oh, their drinks are to dang expensive. Okay, I'm done.
We had a great experience here. We were seated within 5 min of arrival, had prompt service on getting our drinks, appetizers and dinner. Plus we had plenty to take some home too! All so tasty and plentiful!
