This is the best Boston Market that we have ever been to. The food was stocked, fresh & the perfect temperature. Our server was Josh. He was friendly, fast and made sure that we had everything that we needed. And I can't forget to mention the sweet cornbread which was cooked perfectly, not under or over cooked, it was just right.

Meatloaf texture was like spam and it sucked we won't be back, don't how they have been doing this for so long smh

Ordered food from Boston Market using Active Menus for curbside pickup. The food is fine. The ordering process and food pickup went very well.

This review is coming from someone who previously worked as a manager for Boston Market in the past, so I feel like I know what to look for. This is the only location I will eat at anymore. Elvis, the manager, runs a tight ship at this location. Food is always good and the store is always clean. Seems like the staff is consistent and always very nice (a very good sign). I eat here all the time! Zero complaints!

Ordered online on 12/24/21 for afternoon pickup. Arrived on time prior to pickup up time to be told that they didn't have the sides ordered. They only had Mac and cheese, creamed spinach and corn. The worker with manager standing there stated they didn't anticipate this much business. That they weren't making any more sides. I reiterated that I ordered online ahead of time and that there shouldn't of been an issue with what was ordered. At no time did the manager step in and try to fix the situation. I was told my choices are what they had which were things we don't eat. Not understanding the point of ordering online and not ensuring there was an adequate amount to complete order. I reached out to the survey and informed them of my issue. I received an email from the area manager apologizing for the service received. I followed the instructions given and provided all requested information. This meal was Christmas dinner being that my daughter's were positive for covid and we would not be able to celebrate with family and friends. We made the best of it by cooking our own sides.Thank you Boston Market for allowing me to see that I just wasted money and you want people to support your business though provide below standard service, no follow through to correct a issue.Crazy this could've been fixed at time, manager could've stepped in and gave a meal voucher, adjusted the price paid, etc. Nothing, not a thing...... stood there with hands on hips like I was the problem.

I went for the first time ever to Boston Market for a holiday dinner on Christmas Eve..... probably never again. This year, I decided to skip the hassle of holiday cooking and order a holiday heat and serve meal from Boston Market. Obviously, I ordered IN ADVANCE and scheduled my pick up for Christmas Eve. I ordered prime rib with horseradish sauce, Caesar salad, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls (18), corn, macaroni and cheese as well as a pumpkin pie. The entire meal cost approximately $180.00. When I arrived at my allotted time on Christmas Eve, the cashier told me they were out of rolls and would have to substitute corn bread. Not ideal but fine. She then said they were also out of pumpkin pie so I would have to take apple. Okay, not like I had much of a choice since I had no time to make anything and stores were closing. Then, I waited for approximately 10 minutes for my food to be brought out from the back. While I was waiting, they were still serving people in the store from the hot case but quickly running out of things, though they had some staples like masked potatoes and veggies. When the cook brought it out he said they were out of..... Caesar salad, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy in addition to the rolls and pie. So, all they had from my pre-ordered meal was corn and macaroni and cheese. He just substituted things with extra corn, macaroni and some sort of spinach dish. A costly meal with little variety. Right about then, they locked the doors and told people they were out of food. Still, two more people came in, one with a catering order and another holiday meal order and both of them received their food without having to substitute things ? Anyways, with no other option, I took the food and went home. I got home to find sad looking sides with no reheating instructions or instructions for how to cook the prime rib. I was eventually able to find both online but felt like it would have made more sense sending something with the food or mentioning I should look online. The prime rib actually looked and smelled good. The corn was fine but the macaroni looked like noodles floating in yellow water.....a soupy consistency. The corn bread that came in a bag was tasty (approximately 6 pieces), however, the dozen pieces that came in the box looked great but, upon picking up a slice, I found tiny little ant looking bugs crawling around. There were only 6 bugs seemingly only on 2 of the rolls but we opted to throw the whole thing out...making our $180 meal that much more limited. We also found the same thing, 2 tiny ant looking bugs, under the apple pie :( Overall, terrible experience. Although I should have given less, I gave 2 stars because the employees I interacted with were nice considering being obviously busy and overwhelmed by the lack of food, it was hard not to feel bad for them. I'm not sure who was in charge of planning but how was it possible to have food for people coming in off the street but nothing for someone who ordered in advance??? It would have been much less expensive, better quality and less headache to just have cooked the meal for myself. Lesson learned.

Quick drive thru (well lit) and very friendly staff member. Meatloaf and Ribs were really good. Glad I found this location.

Phenomenal Food & Even Better Service

Staff was great. Soda machine not working. Food was delicious.

I guess quality of food has gone down. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The meat was so hard to chew, I could not bite through it. I brought this to attention of clerk#1, who basically told me it was my problem. Clerk #2 allowed me to hv 2 side dishes in swap. Also, this location refuses to turn the heat on in the building when it is cold outside & inside.
