I heard about some of the crazy burgers they have at big deal and decided to try one. I tried the el fuego burger and "crazy" is an understatement. Finishing that thing was quite a job, but you know what they say "do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life".
We ordered from here based off of a recommendation from Next Door. I will not speak of other locations that might be better prepared but this is a terrible concept for Dickey's to try and boost revenue if you are not going to even try to make it successful. Honestly we did not know that this was just Dickey's trying to just run a online concept inside of the Dickeys until I arrived at the address.Anyways we ordered 3 different burgers with one being a combo with the Cajun Frys and when I arrived nothing was made which is fine with the times and hard to find help. I waited approximately 30 mins past the time we were told to come and saw the cook (very friendly guy) back there doing everything he could to get my order together while the Mgr/Owner walked around and took drive though orders I am guessing. They did not have basic ingredients for the burgers offered, the cook even said that they did not have a spatula to flip the burgers so I think they sent someone across the lot to Walmart to buy one. Just totally unprepared to be selling burgers.Now the food quality! Buns good, Veggies Good, but the actual burger patty was cooked down to a 3.5" patty of rawhide.Needless to say we will not be back unless they reach out and ask us to at their expense because they have improved tremendously.
ordered the dad bod burger becausse the idea of a grilled cheese as the bun sounded awesome. and it was! So good!
