Used to be our favorite family restaurant. Been going there since before my kids were born and had been going there until the pandemic. Great service. servers greeted us with a smile and we held dozens of birthdays, fathers day, mothers day, family visitations, etc... Imagine my disappointment the last time (and it will be the last) we were in there for breakfast. Servers were rude and short with their answers and one was even having a problem with the kitchen staff and let a few choice words fly... My kids are 7 and 9 and within earshot. My 9-year-old asked in the middle of the meal whether we could go to IHOP instead. Bacons was an amazing institution. Nothing seems to last forever though.
First time here, the line out the front door was impressive (obviously worth waiting for). The hostess was friendly and remembered got everyone sorted quickly.wait was not as long as expected. Tried their lemon ricotta pancakes and they were so good DH only got 2 bites lol. He got. Hicken fried chicken which was tender and came out hot. His eggs were over done (we've come to expect this) asked for bacon crispy and it came out perfect, crispy not burnt. We will be back! Jennifer was best waitress in ages!
Found them on Google and stopped by while on a visit from out-of-town. Had the 3-egg omelet with hash browns and gluten-free toast. Fantastic. The coffee... meh... but that's typical of most breakfast places. The bacon was served crisp and lived up to the name for a place called Bacon's. Our waitress was excellent with a fun sense of humor. Everyone that worked there was friendly. Will definitely be back next time we're in town.
What a great experience! My husband got the strawberry cheesecake French toast breakfast combo with a small upcharge for a jalapeño cheddar sausage link. All so delicious! I got the two egg breakfast with ham. I am cutting carbs, so I substituted the potatoes and toast for sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese. Kudos to the owners for allowing diet adjustments at no charge!! ???? ? The over-medium eggs were perfectly cooked. In-house made salsa was so yummy and the cinnamon dolce coffee was to die for! Carbs! ? Oh well! ? The food was all delicious. Sweet waitress, AJ, made the visit even more pleasant. We will definitely be back!! Worth the wait, so give yourself time. However, our wait was only 15 mins on a Saturday morning at 9:15am. Oh, and just in case you have a hubby like mine who LOVES modeling…there’s a HobbyTown just up a few doors!
There is so much to say about Bacon's. I had the breakfast chicken fried chicken side of country potatoes and 2 scrambled eggs, added a blueberry pancake instead of bread (small upcharge). Everything was perfect; chicken could be cut with a fork, eggs, and potatoes also cooked just right with nice crisp on the potatoes. Also, when there ask for some house made salsa, you can tell it is made fresh, possibly daily. Will, of course, return for more great food.
Love this place! Went there several times for Sunday Brunch and loved everything I ordered. The staff is awesome and love to serve.
Great food and friendly staff. Great menu options!
Excellent quality and friendly staff. Awesome menu choices. A little pricey for breakfast food but worth it
This Restaurant is the BEST! OUtstanding service and BIG portions! It’s my go to at least once a week..you will not be disappointed..trust me!
The food was so good! Everything was tasty. Only thing was service was a little slow, but we understand the server was probably just busy. All in all, pretty amazing. ???
