We did take out and ordered online. Food was ready when I got there and I was welcomed when I entered the store. First place I have visited with good customer service and fabulous food in awhile.

Is a hit and miss …they hire nothing but young kids that have zero costumer service skills…and food is sometimes really fresh and delicious and other times old over cooked wings with a taste of a different flavor …the throw them back in the fryer to “take the wrong flavor” out ??♂️
As a DoorDash driver this place sucks. EVERYTIME I come into this establishment there are people standing behind the counter talking and cannot get service. A lot of times someone is just sitting on a chai at the register. They also refuse to fill the drinks and make you do it yourself which isn’t allowed by wingstop policy (as per a good friend who is a store manager) as well as the fact I do not have a food handlers card and when they are told that I have been cussed out and even told not to come back from members of the night crew. Super unprofessional.
Boneless wings looked like nuggets covered in sauce and smelled spoiled..bbq wings dried up covered in sauce daughter took one bite and fries were pieces burnt to a crisp and could not eat it. 99% ended up in the trash. Sweet tea was OK. Horrible place never again.
The lady at the front had a air pod in her ear and couldn't get off her phone long enough to take our order correctly. I tried asking a few questions and got ignored.. I don't talk quiet I know I wouldve been heard if her headphones wenrnt in and she'd look at us making sure to do things right. I ordered boneless garlic Parmigian wings and only got boneless wings with parm. My bf ordered boneless wings and instead got bone in. When we tried to tell her the drink machine isn't acting right she walked the other direction and didn't come back till I flagged down another worker from the kitchen.
Horrible No Drinks and not disclose when ordering. No fork or straws.
Over all it was good. Service was a little slow not sure but I think they had problems with some of their equipment
