First time coming to Whataburger (live in Wyoming) and this place is fantastic!!!! I would love to come back but have no reason to go back to Texas :/ till next time Whataburger, PEACE!! I MISS YOU!
Clean. Hamburger a little cold whencame out. Everyone super friendly. Ketchup has just the right spice.
What can be said? It's Whataburger. Any location I've ever been to had been great. Even the one time I had a mistake it was handled with courtesy.
Extremely high customer traffic- making it very challenging for the staff to provide all the orders correctly. Food did not taste fresh but rather that it was made earlier in the day.Witness manager screaming at an employee in the kitchen since there was issues with coordination and getting the orders correctly. On top of that, there was a long wait time in orde to be able to get the missing meals from my order.
While the manager Annie is a sweetheart, almost every time I visit this location, my order is wrong, lost, or part cold/part hot. When you call in to report a problem, most of the time, they attempt to be borderline rude. The staff making and delivering the orders… inefficient and incompetent. While I understand every visit may not be perfect, this location has a problem every time.
Fast & friendly service. The food was fresh and hot. This particular Whataburger is "corporate", not franchised. Unused, fresh food is tossed in the trash because of corporate policies. WhataShame
Food was not up to standard! It was about 10 cars ahead of me in line and ALL my Food was cold! Just became a FAN of the burgers and Love! The fries!..I was Soo disappointed with this!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the drive through was rude. She rang up our order wrong, while the manager came out and fixed it we had tonwait almost 20 minutes for that to happen, our food was then cold and then after getting on the road we realized we didn't get everything we ordered. So annoying.
5/11/22 @midnight Manager Heidi gave an amazing customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. She went up an beyond, it’s been a minute since I get this great of a service at a whataburger
Easter night it was so busy the drive thru was backed out to the street but there were employees taking orders in the parking lot. Went through in less than,10 minutes. As always great food and speedy service
