Went through drive through for my order. The lady at the drive through was very friendly and nice. I received my order and proceeded to my house. Once at home I check my order and was missing three boxes of chicken nuggets. I politely went back to retrieve my order. I was professional, had a smile on my face , I was nice. The manager either the emoji eyebrows clinched her fist at me and told she put them in the bag, in which she didn’t, she became very aggressive, and did not replace my missing items. I smiled and left.If you don’t like your job, then you need to get one that you like, they have no customer service skills at all.
I ordered a chicken sandwich a double bourbon bacon burger and a iced tea vanilla large coffee. Along with a large fry I really treated myself that day and I felt that I treated myself really good except for the coffee it was extremely bland not enough flavoring and far too much ice including large chunks of ice too big for the mouth I feel there's a gentleman that made it really didn't put much effort into doing it the way Wendy's would want it to be done but what do you expect from a truck stop Wendy's?
I waited in line for 30mins and when I finally received my food. It was not up to temperature. And was not fresh! A waste of money.
March 17, 2022 @11pm location closes @12am. Mike on register is very lazy. Nobody was in restaurant when I arrived. He took my order, but when the next guy walked in he ignored him and would look at him then laugh and complain about not having any down time. Then walked back to the food assembly line and hide. He wasn't making anything for anyone and occasionally would look at the line then go back to hiding. Eventually the other guy walked away and Mike came back. He was complaining to the other working stay saying "we can't have just one hour of down time." They ignored him and I applaud them as they continued to work hard getting the drive thru customers taken care of. Two more guys came in and for about 5 mins Mike continued to ignore them casually walking around the fryers and assembly line complaining. One of the ladies working told Mike he's got some people in line waiting and he poked his head around from hiding and said "If they got a lot to order tell them no." By then my order came out and I left. I really hope management steps up and re-trains this guy because he does not give Wendy's a good reputation.
Staff is very friendly in the evenings. My food was fresh and hot, i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The price is a bit high but the food was good.
I’ve waited forever, like 30 minutes, to have my order ready. By the time it arrived, they gave me the wrong bag and it was filled with a kid’s meal! I recommend not going to this location and find a better Wendy’s. They even misspelled my name on the receipt.
I had a salad that was going to look good but wasn't but I know the rest of their burgers are great and home of the chocolate frosty.
Great staff, super friendly, very clean restaurant. I'm just not a fan of Wendy's breakfast. 2nd attempt, 2nd disappointment. Regular menu is on point and delicious!
Order was completely wrong, took forever even when the dinning room was empty. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because I overall like Wendy's but not this one
