Has not recovered from Covid closures. Not enough staff. Had to yell to get someone to come wait on us. No sauces, salsas available anymore, had to ask for some. Food was just okay.
Food came out hot and correct very nice cook staff I recommend this place also have outside dining

This Taco Cabana Rocks!! The manager and employees were patient with our very large order and big group. My food came out cold and they fixed it right away! The new menu items were tried and were all excellent!
This location definitely needs help! No one dining inside, which should have been an indicator to leave. Especially since all other fast food restaurants around it were very busy. Beef fajita entrees were cold and meat was chewy and tough. Chicken quesadillas were paper thin and only had tiny bits of chicken inside. We've always loved Taco Cabana, but won't be dining here again.
Have come here a few times both dine-in and drive-through, in each scenario it has taken an exceptionally long time. Many instances the food had been incorrect or missing. The employees seem nice enough, but at the moment they seem short staffed which adds to the extended wait periods (for food to be ready or someone to come to the front counter). Additionally, their salsa bar is still not being offered which for me has been a ‘draw’ to wanting to dine-in. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend this place over any other fast-food chain.
Not bad, considering it's fast food. The Taco and enchiladas plate was proportionally adequate. Taste was good! Temperature...PERFECT!
I travel ALOT but my favorite place in the U.S.A is Taco Cabana in Texas. I've been to every single Taco Cabana in Texas. I passed through Huntsville location today and OHH MYY GOOSSHH!! It was Soo good. Every single bite was heaven to my taste buds. Please keep what you go going! I will be back 100x even if it's 2 hours out of the way I look forward too food like this!
