Although VERY short staffed, they did their absolute best. I think last night, they had maybe 2-3 carhops and they were rushing to get orders out. The other customers were being SO rude and they handled it all with such grace. We had a chance to speak with the manager, Jenny and what an incredible woman she is. While being completely berated by a customer, not once did she react in a way that, in my opinion would’ve been justified at that point. Bless her heart. TIP, people! You never know what people are going through. Be kind, have empathy.
I can understand them being busy but we got our food and she closed the drive thru window before we were able to check if the food was correct. We were missing ranch (which we asked for and clarified for) both the order taker and drive thru person said we ordered ranch. We went to a stall and asked for it again because it was forgotten. It was on the ticket too. We waited almost 15 minutes before driving off because our food was getting cold.
Fast and easy to order. Greatest food to put a smile on your face on a bad day. Drinks and slashes are good with lots of flavors and with great service.
Service sucked. The guy who took our order (Nick) was horrible. It took him 5 mins to take a simple order and still didn't do it correctly. I've been here before and I've had a good experience so maybe he's not well trained.
They got my steak sandwich wrong, and the tea that was supposed to be sweet and another drink, which was half-and-half, both had a funny taste to them.
Service was a little slow, but it was good service because our order wasn't correct and the car hop caught and made them correct it before he even brought it out to us. Food was fresh, hot, and good.
Wow they have improved. The burgers buns was cold...but over all it was good. Staff was good.Thank youI will come back....keep up the good work.?

I had forgotten how I've come to hate the sameness in the taste of sonic's food: fried grease and the same grease in each location.
