I ordered 67$ in good they shorted me big time I got less than 20$ worth of food told them the kid called me a liar I explained I have a dash cam and prove it, he ignored that didn't take care of it, sonic stole 40$ from my family, I'm pressing charges. Sonic head office I guess supports the store selling food and not giv6ibg them there food to raise sales and reduced cost. Several phone calls no reply from corporate. Do go unless your ok with them stealing from you

Got my order wrong 3 times & the manger was RUDE also (she raised her voice with me and rolled her eyes at me multiple times!!! When they finally did get it right they gave me a coupon for a free DRINK, I mean REALLY:/ Com on now, for the TROUBLE & HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE the appropriate thing to do would have been for them to not only give me a coupon for a free DRINK but they should have also offered me a complementary ICE CREAM, SHAKE, OR SOMETHING!!!! BUT THAT'S HUNTSVILLE 4 U, A LOT OF THEIR FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS HAVE REALLY REALLY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES & MANAGERS WORKING AT THEM, SMH SO SO SAD ?
The soft pretzel twist is sooo addicting. Most perfect warm pretzel weve had in a long time!

Sonic in Huntsville has THE BEST customer service I've ever received! They are soooo nice and promt. The wait time is little to none. They are joyous and bubbly individuals with Great attitude. And the food is prepared perfectly. They even placed an 'I love You' sticker on my receipt. Best employees by far I've ever seen at any Sonic.
This particular Sonic is one of my absolute favorites, it's got a youthful employee vibe for sure but all of them that I have encountered are really cool and very respectful. Sonic is one of my absolute favorite places to stop by for a little some some to eat but always some some to drink. The drinks are "Fabulous" according to Bruce, who lives next door to me, so there is that.
Sonic has awesome food. The burgers are fantastic. The service is typically fast and polite. Honestly I seriously do recommend Sonic for food,drinks and dessert. If you use a smart phone you should definitely check into the app. They have some magnificent deals. Thanks Sonic and obviously you workers who are in the restaurants doing the work to make the awesome food and delivering it so politely. Thanks again.

This location always has the friendliest people working. The food is fresh and taste good. The grease doesn't taste old which is a good thing.
