Schlotzsky’s serves the best sandwiches around but I’ll be bypassing this particular restaurant from now on. 5 min wait to place order. 15 min. wait for food as people behind me were served. My sandwiches were made then forgotten thus delivered cold. Freestyle machines (both) ran out of all calorie-free beverages apart from water and nobody remedied that during my 20 min. wait time despite my alerting them to the problem. Clearly they were absent a competent manager as this stuff isn’t hard.
My turkey avocado sandwich had literally one single thin slice of avocado. Kind of disappointing, but I went thru the drive thru so I didn't ask them to correct it because I was already on the road when I realized. However, my daughter was extremely satisfied with her kids pizza and cookie. It's her new go-to fast food.
I've been to this specific location a few times and every time my food has been fresh and delicious!. The customer service is also good!
As a family, we enjoy Schlotzsky's restaurants. First time at this location, staff was very nice and attentive. Food was delicious. One of the cleanest Schlotzsky's we've ever been in. Drink station, tables, counters, chairs, windows and floor we're extremely clean. Thank you to the staff for a good lunch experience!

My Business Partner and I went thru the drive thru and ordered a FLAT bread and the franchise owner gave us 2 pizzas and when we made it back to our office all he'll broke loose. The employee that purchased the flat bread which was wrong wanted her money back. The only problem we are 16 miles out and Schlotzkys Franchise owner want us to drive back into town and bring the incorrect order. I asked for a coupon and she said the most she could do is a 2.00 credit on both screwed up orders. RIDICULOUSNESS

I love Schlotzkys, but they’re always considerably more expensive than other options. They price themselves out of my options for my family…strictly a date night.This location was good…friendly service.

Ordered food on DoorDash app they didn’t read the order , sent order wrong , refused to fix , had to pay for another sandwich even though this was there fault . I will be reporting this to corporate . Buyer beware.
