I pick up door dash here often. The communication amongst the staff is impeccable. The workers are respectful and efficient. I love picking up here. I have been meaning to do a review because it astounds me how they effectively communicate what they need or the status of something requested and nobody gets offended and nobody is rude. I door dash ALOT of places and you would be surprised the things I have seen and heard amongst staff. A+ for the employees here and the cleanliness Is also notable. I walk in some places and can't help but make a face but this place, even their bathrooms are clean, I have a habit of looking in inconspicuous places and have yet to witness filth at this establishment. The worst Popeyes I've ever experienced. The service was appalling and the food was disgusting. They were disorganized and slow. When I told them about the long wait, the Manger (Angelique) was rude. I filled out the survey on line and requested a follow-up call.I've gotten no response; that was a week ago. . The next time I travel I-45 South; I'll visit the Popeyes in the Woolands. Their food and service is outstanding.?
we waited in line and no one was taking orders, so we then parked and went inside and no one was doing anything. not taking anyones orders, not talking to customers, they were doing absolutely nothing. customers were leaving the drive through and went their own ways. please get better employees so you guys don’t have this problem again :)
Derrick at Store #3802 was profoundly rude, I ordered a 10 PC Family Bundle, he gave me a 6 PC.The order included 6 biscuits, I received 4.The order was to be with Large Cajun Fries, I got 7 soggy Disgusting fries, 7 single strips of fries, not small definitely not large, just 7 fries. Plus a order of Coleslaw, it looked like 2 spoonfuls in the cup.I asked for Lemonade Strawberry, he yelled at me and said, " You got your food, so get out of here ", I totally don't take that kind of behavior kindly.$22.99 for a what was supposed to be a 10 PC family Bundle, looked like a kids meal with the greasy gold chicken I got plus $2.59 for a lemonade I never received, plus tax coming out to $27.69 I'm definitely not happy with and I would like a full refund or talk with someone preferably with an IQ above 75.
Was told while ordering it would be 12 minutes. I was ok with that. I pulled into a parking spot at 0512.... I walked into the store at 0550 to ask about my order. Stated I was waiting over 30 minutes for my order. He said no you haven't I gave him the time I went into the parking spot and he just shook his head and said no and walked away. I stood in the restaurant for about 15 mins waiting. I understand there was a wait but waiting for almost an hour from the time I placed my order to when I get it was ridiculous. Then when I got home to feed my family little did I know they gave me spicy dark meat and not regular. Avoid THIS Popeyes!!! Unless you are ok with waiting almost a hour for food that's not even right!
Do NOT Doordash from this location. 2nd time we have ordered and didn't get anything close to what we ordered. When someone is paying $65+ for a meal you would think they would attempt to get some of the order correct. We ordered family chicken tenders and received bone in chicken. Sides were missing and no sauces included. 2nd time this has happened. Good service is a thing of the past

Absolutely horrible customer service. I get it you are out of menu items. But to be out of biscuits, fries, and Mac and cheese. Ridiculous!!! Then when asked if they were doing anything to compensate for having no biscuits she said I can give you an apple pie. I laughed and said to replace 8 biscuits? She laughed and said yeah. So I said throw in a couple of apple pies then. When I got home. No apple pies or any dipping sauce ordered with the tenders. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!
Went to Popeyes chicken the other day and ordered a 12 piece box of chicken. I received 1 breast, 3 thighs, 4 drum sticks and 4 wings which did not have any meat on them at all. They were the smallest wings i have ever seen. I really think they could have been from a hen. It reminded me of a Trex. I tried to call them and there was no answer and there mail box was full. I call the corporate office and that did not get me anywhere earthier. So to protect your money find another chicken restaurant. God bless Popeyes chicken.
Yesterday I went to the drive-through and ordered a 12 piece box of chicken. I only received one chicken breast three thighs four drumsticks and four wings. The wings were so small they Must have came from my hen. I have tried to call them they did not answer the phone and the mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message. They did not give me a receipt and I did call the corporate office and they were supposed to reach back out to me which has not happened yet. I really do like Popeyes chicken it’s sad that I got a bad deal. It’s not like that chicken is cheap to begin with I paid over $20 and I ate more than half of it by myself and I am not a big person. I hope future customers find this information useful because if I was feeding a family I would’ve been really upset. God bless Popeyes chicken in Huntsville Texas.
