I visited the store on I45 in Huntsville, #2492, on June 16 and purchased a to go meal that included fried rice. When I began eating the meal at home I bit down on something hard. Removing it from my mouth I found a small brass ring. It appears to be an eyelet or guide for a drawstring or lace. I took pictures and made a short video over the meal. I tried calling the store but they refused to answer. I called several times over the next several hours, all no response. It is a 30 mile drive to that store from me. Due to current fuel prices I did not care to drive back. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I am lucky I did not break a tooth or worse. I have a lap band and if I had swallowed it, no doubt the object would have blocked my band which would have resulted in an emergency situation. The number one goal for any food establishment should be to prevent contamination of their product by anything, especially foreign objects. If anyone with Panda Express cares to see the pictures, just contact me. I won’t be a customer in the future.
This place was outrageous…. Our old grandpa that is dying we took him there for his last day cause it’s his fav restaurant. They threw our drinks at us and food also they had a very bad attitude. They gave us the wrong food and we had an allergic reaction to it, we asked for veggie rolls and gave us something with chicken on it and we are highly allergic we wrote this review after we got out of the hospital bc we were on life support. We had a very bad experience at this restaurant please shut this place down… We do not wish for this to happen to anyone else if this place gets shut down thank you so much. We are very disappointed in this restaurant bc it was our favorite until now… Sorry we had to right this but we can’t have this happen again. Be safe you guys!!!
Food is good, but you have to be there early. Later in the day they constantly run out of certain items on the menu.
I usually always order from this place and it was never an issue. However, just today, I ordered 1 plate of almond chicken/honey shrimp/kongpao chicken online and had delivered to me on DoorDash. However i notice that there was a mental wire on top the chicken. It was gross. The rice was soggy, wet and tasted very old too. The shrimp had a very fishy after taste and was covered with a layer of thick, soggy, grainy batter.
Good food stuff was some good stuff but they seemed a little rushed food 5 star service 5 star buts it is super popular and I loved the service but they were too occupied Need more people

Have not eaten here in a bit and previously have not had a bad experience.Today though...At twenty to one they were completely out of two of their dishes.The chow main I got was cold and not fresh and no fortune cookies either.The young lady at the window was downright rude.
My first time getting some Panda Express for myself and others. I tried various things and honestly loved each of the things I tried. Ash who was working at the time was very polite. Thank you for being awesome and the teamwork the each were doing. Awesome time.
Ive recently moved to huntsville from conroe. Having the same expectations as the conroe location, i came here. The first time, we arrived to the drive through not even an hour before closing. The employee tells us they are completely out of everything and have shut down the kitchen. Oooook. So i give it another try at a different time. But this time i go inside. The staff was very disorganized, they were all making small talk vs working and they again were out of popular food. I chose to wait. The food was ok. I go a third time with my wife, now months later, and its worse. I go in and the staff is loud, talking and not concerned that all the food trays were empty. We had to wait again. And no, they did not have a full store. We get our food and again are told they are out of soy sauce and pretty much any other sauce except the chilie one. How is it conroes store is MUCH more busy and never misses a beat, but here ,3xs in a row always out?
Whoever owns this is a serious dirtbag. They are out of soy sauce and teriyaki all the time. The women's bathroom is closed permanently. The TV are in disrepair. This place is a wreck.
