The food was good, but the service has been lagging my last couple of visits. The time before I never got breadsticks and a take home order was never put in the system. More recently we only got one set of breadsticks and were not checked to see if we needed more soup or drink refills between first getting the soup and our main course arriving (where the bowls bread, and drinls had all been empty for a while).
We love Olive Garden so stopped here while we are traveling to West Texas tonight. I’ve never ordered steak at this chain restaurant before but thought I’d check it out . Steak very good and actually too full to eat all the Fettuccine Alfredo so shared with my spouse!
Last night I placed an online order. My food was ready when they said it would be. But when I got home, I realized that my order was messed up. There apparently was a glitch in the system. The manager Mike called me and apologized for the issue, even though it wasn't their fault. He then proceeded to offer me a gift card for the inconvenience. Now that's great customer service. I will go out of my way to dine at this location!!!
We got the eggplant parmesan , toasted ravioli, and Unlimited soup and salad. For the most part all of the food was OK but not great. The spaghetti sauce on the eggplant parmesan tasted as though they opened up a can and dumped it on the spaghetti itself. It had 0 flavor and was lacking any seasoning or spices that you would typically find in an Italian dish. It was mediocre at best. The chicken gnocchi soup had very small amounts of chicken. Our server was amazing though I just wished the food matched The service we received.
Food was what you would expect. The wait staff….manager needs to teach them how to do their jobs. Come to a semi-nice restaurant and waitress asks for drink order, appetizer and main course choices first thing. Not worried about bringing drinks first then ask but is in such a rush to get done wants everything when she first walks up to the table.Very disappointing.
I hadn't been to Olive Garden in many years since having been routinely disappointed in the brand's new direction. (Not specific to this location) Been back a few times at this location and it is great. Good selection of new stuff with the old favorites. Tasty drinks and appetizers. Cool self order and pay kiosk at the table. The con is items like all you can eat stuff is more a-la-carte and the excellent dipping sauces are extra. I get it but all the extras can rack up to a nice tab. Regardless, nice dinner, good quantity, friendly service, usually csn get seated easily. It's a great local option.
Ate at this location and enjoyed the food. Tour of Italy was hot and fresh and our waitress,Amber, was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly and she has a sweet smile. Will be returning to this location soon.
Emma our waitress was really super friendly and great at getting our food right. Food tasted really good. Still a bit over priced but good.
That manager brenden (I’m sorry idk how to spell his name) is literally the best social interaction I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The server, Maddie, was also super sociable and fun to communicate with. Night was fun and food is also always wonderful. I want to work here now.
The food was excellent. Had the shrimp and checken carbonara, it was GREAT! Cooked to perfection! The service was also good. Fresh baked bread sticks and well oiled salid!
