I placed a mobile order on the app, I got 2 sweet and sauce, and ketchup for my food. I got my food it was all correct but no sauce. I didn’t feel like going back through the line for just some sauce after I had got back to my house. I checked the the paper receipt and on the online mobile order to make sure I had add it. So it is very frustrating to say the least. Would just make sure they give you’re sauce no matter what!!! This has happens multiple times with this McDonald’s
Went at 4:30 am on 5/15/22 to get a ice coffee before work. Pulled up to the drive thru, no response. Saw what looked like a manager outside talking to his sneaky link with a headset and all. Went to the door to try to go through the lobby and he tells me it’s not open. I ask if anything is open and he gives me the stupidest stare. Long story short, I went to Starbucks, don’t understand how it’s hard to stand behind a counter on night shift.
Payment keeps changing to card and cash.Machines don't work most of the time and having a bit of trouble with crowd control, but they work hard and get orders right from morning to midnight and do the best they can to replace what they don't have.
Went for a late night snack. Waited a long time to get to order my food when I got there they said they only take cash. I never carry cash with me so I waisted time for nothing. Have had terrible experiences in the past as well with employees being extremely lazy and rude. I rather drive to the 11th street location.
Place was very clean but service left a lot to be desired. Staff rely to much on the order kiosks and don't acknowledge customers when they walk in.
order is always wrong and they get mad when they have to fix it
This was a really good experience. We stayed overnight at a local hotel and stopped here to get some breakfast. In particualr, the biscuits were soft and fluffy and the potato was fresh and tasty.
Couldn't even enjoy the half missing food I did have .Not even going to say what happened Managers or higher ups dont read it anyway.Just know not where to spend my money again. Hope all who reads this pays attention. SUPPORT LOCAL mom and pop chains THESE MAJOR CORPORATION DONT CARE.
Horrible service, doing doordash is ridiculous have to wait 15 20 minutes for a simple order, then they are rude as hell for asking about the doordash order, horrible i will stop getting orders from here
Fast service. Fresh food. Service was polite and helpful. Enjoyable experience. Better than most fast food restaurants here in Huntsville.
