This was the worst experience I had today at the Huntsville location. I gave my reward number and she never responded to me. First while placing my order she couldn't understand me, and I had to keep repeating and I didn't hear the amount of my order. When I got to pay she seem to have an attitude when telling me my amount. Then when I went to get my order that person said this many Happy Meals, I just waited for my order and hoped they were correct. If I could give them today a 1/2 star I would do so.
The night crew served room temperature fries and fish sandwich. While I was deciding my order in the drive thru, the asst. Manager or Manager, she was talking and instructing employees into the speaker which I thought was a bit rude. Employees are not as professional as they should be on the evening shift. The early morning crew is a bit better. I will just stick to getting breakfast and not do late evenings. Just need more training & development.
Line wrapped around the building because this location decides to take the order, payment, and have the person wait all at the second window. They have done this on multiple occasions, the microphone works, they just choose to do it this way. Literally the slowest possible way, leaving the customer stuck in line. I got to this location at 11:15 and didn't leave with my food until 12.
I went for drive through. It was little busy but took 10 mins to order my food. The lady who's taking the drive through orders was talking with very low voice and not taking the order properly. I almost repeated by ordered 3 to 4 times..For mc chicken, the bread was not fresh and smells bad. The chicken nuggets also not fresh.Overall food was not fresh at all.
Every single time I go, something about my order is wrong. I can understand once or twice, but every single time? The employees are at best unprofessional, and at worst downright rude.Yesterday was the tipping point. I had come through to get a few things from a prior order that they'd forgotten, as well as order a bit more. I had my receipt and the manager said I "should've called." Here's the thing, I did. Twice. Sat on the ringer for more than a minute both times, no luck.I was told to go to the third window and had the window slammed in my face. The girl only brought out my remakes and her response to me asking where everything else was was "You can come inside." No surprise, one if of the two REMAKES was incorrect.While I went inside and was trying to tell the same manager what was wrong, she decided to answer a phone call without even telling me to hold on. And then she started ordering crawfish and talking about her extensions! All the other employees gathered around her too.I've worked fast food, I understand. But I don't think I'm unreasonable in any way to say its bull that they treat customers like that. I called corporate so I hope they do something.Save yourself some grief and drive the extra two miles to the one on Sam Ave.
The morning crew is awesome. The lady working the window is always happy and and they all do a great job.I feel the location itself should do better in maintaining their machines. The takeout had to use the lobby soda machine because their was broke for over a week.But other than that the food was good and the people working were awesome and had great customer service. Which is rare.
Nastiest playplace for kids I've ever been. It used to not he like this! Tried to use hand sanitizer on baby wipe to clean our table and there was none. Trash was everywhere. Very gross!
I hope that not ALL branches of McDonald's is like this. For a FAMILY friendly fast food place. Or so it's supposed to be. Why aren't there any changing stations?? You can see from the holes in the stalls that they were removed. Why? I understand a bit why they would still have the play place closed. But why remove the changing stations????
Friendly staff working the drive thru tonight... I would give 5 stars but my hamburger bun was burnt on the inside... one of the better McDonald's I've eaten at recently
11th street location. Went there at night around 7:20pm it was pretty busy in the drive through but the one who took the order didn't say back our order to confirm it which ended up in us having to fix that at the window to pay. One time event probably but just one of many small annoyances that make it hard to enjoy eating here.
