Ms. Shannon is so nice! She is always so welcoming and her customer service is spectacular. I love this McAlister’s!

My experience today at McAlisters was very disappointing, not only for myself but the other customers who paid to have lunch there today. They were turning customers away telling them the orders would take 30 minutes, the cashier was constantly scratching her hair and the servers were dropping items and disorganized. My sandwich was subpar, and my chips were left out the bag. Please do better at making sure your restaurant is adequately staffed during the busy lunch hours.
The food is great. We haven't had anything we didn't like. Employees are friendly and very helpful.
Good sandwich and salad. I loved the strawberry lemonade, wasn't too sweet or sour just right with tbe equal balance of both. Friendly staff
The service was not as friendly as I usually receive at McAlister's. We were never greeted by the person upfront working behind the counter. She did call for someone to take our order after we had been standing there for awhile. We were the only people in the place. There was not a line. A hello would have been nice.
First time going to this quaint place and I was not disappointed. Fair warning, get there early for lunch. The staff works quick and efficiently, but it is definitely popular for lunch time.
I love their sandwiches, especially their croissant buns. Average McAlister's experience. My only problem is sometimes they forget the pickle, and since I don't go often it feels rather frequent... but humans make mistakes, and maybe I forgot I broke a mirror or something... Anyway, check em out if you're debating it.
Yes I went here looking for something different and new can here the place was very clean, playing great music, & everyone seem so happy ?even though we all are going through this pandemic. I will be back to try more of the great food. Also I bought a spud max, looks and smells amazing
