We have always loved this restaurant. Mexican food is very divisive in Huntsville. Don't let bad reviews put you off. They have the best guacamole and enchiladas in town, and always friendly service. It is pricey, but not ridiculously so. It is competitive. It's expensive to eat out folks. If you want Taco Bell prices go to Taco Bell, but heck even there it will cost you $20 or more for two. Just my two cents.
My daughter and I enjoyed our visit here and a delicious meal!! We hadn't been in awhile and will definitely go back. Our fajitas were tender and flavorful. Service was great.
Food quality was so poor we actually spit it out. $50 to feed two people, no drinks. Order was wrong despite emphasis on food allergy.
Usually we love Mama Juantias but unfortunately their prices have sky rocketed. I understand everything has gone up but our ticket was two times the amount we use to spend on the same food. Also the prices in the menu apparently don't reflect the even newer pricing.
Delicious food and very good, friendly service. I had the pork carnitas and grilled shrimp. My husband had bacon wrapped shrimp.
OMG! What a fantabulous place! I ordered the shrimp salad; thinking that it was the usual - 6 scrawny shrimp in some red sauce....well I was astounded! It was a meal! Large glass bowl full to the brim with the most delicious shrimp in cilantro, tomato, onion and Pico style sauce. I couldn't finish it, there was so much, I thought I'd have to get bigger pants!Alberto at the bar was a legend! Fast as speed of light and personality like the stars; shining! Another place I need to make my must go to when in Huntsville!BRILLIANT!
We walked in at dinner time and we where greeted by our sever David he seated us and got our drink orders promptly. David was very attentive and made sure our drinks never ran out and kept our table pre bussed he gave us dessert on the house for my husband’s birthday. He was the best server we have had in a long time he was very friendly! Thank you David!
