We had an event catered for 400 people and I can’t say enough great things about the service and food that was provided. I would highly recommend you check out the food!
We went to Lone Star BBQ after eating at city cafe(great burgers). I had by hubby stop for some smoked bourdain and it was DELICIOUS!!! OMG!! they are a good size. Eat them until we got home. Now I regret buying four links. I will be back!! From Humble TX.
A favorite location for tasty BBQ. The service was very kind and attentive. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.
I thought my sister cooked the best brisket one could hope for but his gentleman nails it and is the best. He also has pull pork, smoked chicken and sausage. He's across from Walgreens on the hill and it is definitely causal dining. He serves out if a train car, a caboose I believe, and has a picnic table you can eat at or sit while you wait for your order. I try and go there at least once a month! Next time I go by I will try to remember and post a picture.
Very casual outdoor eating establishment. Food is very tasty. Smoked meats prepared on site. Server/Cook is friendly. Definitely try again. Although adjacent to streets, the location is on a hill above traffic.
Very nice cook. Food thou not so much. Ribs chewy and need flavor. Sausage not good. Won't be back. This was my 2nt try.

I consider myself a BBQ expert. Last Sunday, September 2, 2018, my wife and I tried Lone Star BBQ for the first time. We had sliced brisket sandwiches and smoked boudain.
The service may be slow, but the food is delicious.
Food is great and Brisket is tender.
