We may not be the stores most regular customers, but my significant other and I have ordered regularly enough in our over a year of ordering from this store that reimbursing us our full price or replacing the order shouldn’t be out of the question. Instead I put a complaint in and had to pester JJ corporate for over a week before the owner even deigned to respond to the issue at hand. His solution? Giving me a $10 credit meaning I got a third of what I paid for an order we couldn’t eat back. Needless to say this is unacceptable and that $10 credit will sit unused on the account as we won’t be giving this store out patronage any longer. The manager Mike was always kind and responsive to mistakes, but unfortunately he is tied down by what the owner allows. Paid $30 for inedible food. Response? $10 credit. For anyone wondering what happened? They left my food sitting in the hot sun respite my account having a very clear “Call when here” instruction attached to it. The sandwiches were baked in the hot Texas sun and the oil and Mayo seeped through the entire bag leaving us with soggy inedible sandwiches. The owner outright refused to reimburse me more than a third of what I paid despite this being completely the fault of his store.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Made an order and waited, after an hour my order had not been delivered. I called and was told that my ordered had been canceled because they did not have the extras that I wanted and that was fine. But when they lied and said that they had called me twice and left a message, which they did not, made me mad. I had my phone with me the whole time and there were no miss calls or even a voicemail. I told this to the manager and he was very rude and hung-up in my face. I called the main office and made a complaint but I really don't know what that will do. So Jimmy John's just lost a loyal customer. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
To be honest jersey mikes beats this place hands down. The bread never looks cooked and has a weird chewy quality i find off putting. The area where they make the sandwiches seems in disarray and not as clean as you would expect.
Terrible service and terrible management. I love Jimmy John’s, but I will never order from this location again.
Food was great. But 10 minutes being the only car in the drive thru kind of sucks
The customer service was good but the food was not good at all
I have been going to Jimmy Johns Huntsville for quite awhile but no more. I was treated so badly on the phone today by a man named MICA. He was shouting that he had 14 orders and what did I want. I said nothing. Maybe he needs help of some kind?
This is the second time I have been treated rudely by I think his name is Bill. Because of him I will never go there again. I love the food! Great sandwich but this man was so rude to me again. I called the manager on him the first time, but I'm done. If the owner wants to keep someone like that, then they've lost my business.
I LOVE JIMMY JOHN’s. It is easily my favorite sandwich and fast food place, with the exception of this location. (Context I used to work for JJ’s) It seems like I have to do everything to make sure my sandwich comes out right; ask them to read the order back, remind them to take the bread out of subs, ask if they cut my wheat sandwich in half, go in after mayo and mustard packets were not given and I’m just ignored in the drive through (this has happened multiple times). They seems to be a little understaffed so while this location isn’t freaky fast I understand why. Also some of the employees making food don’t wear hats and that’s disgusting. I sincerely hope JJ’s takes this constructively because I do love the food and will continue to eat there.
Sandwiches are pretty good. I love the unwich option. The service is fast but the folks are kinda meh. And they don’t know what extra pickles means. One time I walked in and dude was like "how can I help you?" I said I'd like a sandwich. He said he was closed in a sh*** tone. Big burly dude with dark hair, intimidating attitude. I told him it was confusing because the door was open. Most businesses have their door locked when they're not open right? This location is lame.
