Friendly staff, prices might be a bit high for the lack of food given, but food is generally usually fresh everytime we go.
So I think they do one order at a time. One car orders pulls up and the we wait n wait and wait.If I was not boxed in I would have left 30 minutes ago!Has to the worse Jack in The Box I have ever been too.And this is not the first time at this store.Edit* By the time I got to the window my food had been sitting for a minute. It was cold. Cold fast food suks especially curly fries. The lady at the window handed me four bags, when I asked for a larger bag to put my small bags in she rolled her eyes.. like,, what?

My husband went through DT to grab and go and the amount of time it took to be acknowledged at the DT speaker and to the window he could have sat down at a restaurant and ate. Yes it took over 30minutes for 4 cars in front of us to get their food and when we got to the window it took them another 10minutes to cook a 2-3minute meal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS JIB DT IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY‼️
Good food bit I asked for an Oreo mint chocolate shake and received just an Oreo shake. Make sure your order is correct!

Manager was extremely rude,shockingly so. People that don't like dealing with the public should not take customer service jobs it makes no sense at all. If i treated my customers like that I'd be out of business.After that she charged me for ranch dressing! First time that's ever happened I wonder why I have never been charged for it before?
I been Dealing with jack in the box foreverAnd only go there for my ice coffee this one won't do my coffee but ever other one does and!!Everyone of them black lady's are very rude never again!
I always go through the drive-thru and always get the two tacos and I've never well I can't say never but rarely do I have a complaint. Grateful especially now during covid that Jack in the box is open. Has always been my favorite place to go to. Thank you Jack in the box!
With only 1 person working at night I still go my food in a timely manner and the woman was very polite.
