First time and last time! I litterly waited nearly 45 minutes for Zachary to cook the cookies you see here. My receipt has 12:24 pm and I ledt the building at 1:10 pm. Not happt at all and these expensive cookies were under cooked!
My husband got me some vegan cookies from here. They were delicious! We will definitely be back for more.

I used to love this place. I guess the last time I visited was pre- covid, and this place was popping. Used to meet my mom and sister to take our kids here for the cookie monster ice-cream. Well since covid we've lost some family along the way, so I haven't been back in for...3 years. Passing through town (I live in east texas) I decided to stop in by myself for the cookie monster ice-cream. No longer there. Got in my car and sobbed my eyes out. Kinda felt like sister is gone, ice-cream is gone, joy is gone, ya know? But that has nothing to do with the establishment itself. Ended up ordering a cookie dough ice-cream and got back in my car and drove home. It was good, the ice-cream I mean. No complaints and the guy behind the counter did his job and was super polite. I don't think I would return unless they had cookie monster ice-cream back, but that more of an emotional thing for me. The place itself is still great.
I really enjoyed this cookies! Warm, fresh, amazing cookies! They didn't have regular milk but I can always eat my cookies at home. Definitely a clean, super inviting atmosphere! Definitely will come again... the customer service was ok but it's a cookie spot so I didn't get hung up over it. I came for delicious cookies and they definitely had that.

Crazy delicious cookies with many flavors, including vegan options with a gluten free chocolate chip and all served warm. They even deliver and stay open until 1:00a.m.
The online ordering website is horrid and their hours are always incorrect for when they are taking delivery orders.I keep ordering from this place because they are open really late and the cookies taste fine. Even then though, they are super overpriced for what you are getting. 24.99+ for a 6 pack of cookies is ridiculous.I've also never had a good experience when it comes to dealing with the employees here. I had an order completely wrong and when I called in to get it fixed, the manager picked up and was rude immediately upon picking up and throughout the call.
Completely cashless so expect to be charging your card for small $2 purchases. They also only carry 1 gluten free cookie, so not much allergen friendly options.
08.13.2021(1) Receipt was SUPPOSED to be emailed to me. Never got it. (It was printed and DELIVERED to the birthday girl that the GIFT of cookies went to!) Ugh! ??(2) Gave the phone number of the gift recipient TWICE to two different people, and they STILL texted the delivery messages to the wrong number! ?However,…The cookies looked good and the birthday girl was surprised and she did enjoy them.Cookies ??Delivery ??Ordering/order processing ??(Check your system & retrain workers.)
