First off I love pancakes. We were a party of four with a child, so five. There were only four tables of people in the restaurant. I ordered the all you can eat pancakes and asked to start with five. I only got two. Another of our party got two pancakes with their food. Our food arrived the pancakes were cold and hard. Two people ordered broccoli for a side. It also was stone cold. The cheese sticks tasted like they had freezer burn. I got the manager over and explained the problem and she said that she would have them make some more. The manager explained they were short staffed. But that cook had to know the food was cold when they sent it. The manager said she discounted my bill, which was 76.00. She took 7.14 off. I left the waiter more than that. Totally dissatisfied.
This restaurant is great! Fast service, but most of all great wait staff! Exceptional, friendly, funny and smiling! THANK YOU!
It's always great. The waiter was very unattentive, but we got through our meal, and everything was good. The Ham was a little burnt
1/22 For was perfect, fresh and tasty!!!!!! They got the best French toast!!!! Won't lie they need 2 make it come with some kind of side like bacon.5/2021 Food was great but the soda was flat and they lemonade was mostly water. The new bacon was to fatty for me. The CFS was ok,the brown gravy was different and didn't care for the white gravy. Great service again!!!3/19 Still great food!!! Oreo pancakes were amazing!!!! It was a new taste and quite pleasant I really enjoyed it, my friend did not like what she ordered, cause it was something new so we shared I gave her half of my meal and she gave me half of her meal and it turned out very well... would like to give the cook & Evan the waitress thanks, they took care of us.
We waited 5 minutes before anyone realized we were waiting at the host stand. Finally we were seated while i used the restroom with one toilet and urinal out of order leaving the handicapped stall to be used by everyone and it looked like it too. And the ladies room was apparently as filthy as the men's room. The food looked great and what wasn't undercooked tasted good. My crispy chicken sandwich was wonderfully cooked on the outside but the center half of which I ate, was raw. Not undercooked but RAW. The GM comped the entire table of three and she did get with the kitchen to verify the fryers were working properly but I don't think she followed up as she left shortly after we did.
Vicki B - she’s the manager. She was also out server. She was excellent. No wonder she’s the manger! And a fun personality! She took pictures of our family for us and made sure to get some good ones :) Thank you Vicki!!!!
Our server, Milli was exceptional!! She was friendly, observant and stayed on top of everything!! She was at our table with refills even before we could ask!!!
The service was at best an F-. The food was cold and when told she took it and gave it back cold. The waitress maybe had a bad night. The wrong place to eat. One star is too many stars.
Good meal. Great service.
