I had a $50 order through door dash here, they were out of masked potatoes so I said extra fries would be fine. It came with white gravy and when I called asking if I can get brown gravy because that’s what came with the mashed potatoes and what I prefer the lady over the phone quickly got defensive and rude. The gravy is also water thin and the chicken was no way fresh. Thanks hartz, this was my splurge night
Been a while, food was as good as I remember.
i came back from the striper club and wanted to go eat at a place and was the nearest place it looked ghetto as fck and lady yelled at me there was a piece of sponge in my meal and the chair broke i don't know if its because im fat as fck or because yalls quality is bad but im a skinny queen so no its yalls fault and yalls shi is uncooked i also clogged the toilet bc yalls food gave me explosive diareah that shi was massive

I had never been there before. It is a combination of buffet/fast food. It has a drive thru and you can eat inside. The buffet was small but had a good selection on it. You can also order off the menu at the counter.I would like to see more chicken breasts in the warmers. I like those better than thighs or dark meat.
The chicken is good but the staff are not very good, last time there they got my order all messed up and I payed for stuff I didn't get!
They refused to fix a order they messed up on. Been to other hartz and loved it. I usually order food for my guys here and never again. I tried give them the chance to fix it and they would not. I asked for phone number for management and they refused to get me a number. Very very frustrating. It sucks because the food is pretty good and beats pizzas every time we had a meeting. However back to pizza! It was more then just the 1 guy who was rude. Very poor leadership skills
