I always go there for lunch or if i want a good sandwich the food is always excellent fresh and well made the staff is always friendly and patient with you and make sure your order is correct i definitely recommend them to everyone and i will be going back soon for another great sandwich club on a sub is my favorite also the two workers Jenn and Shamar outstanding and always happy to help

They were out of meatballs for my meatball sub but were happy to make some more for me, this just made my day. Sometimes you just need a meatball sub and a smile.

Wish I could give zero stars- BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER AND PAY ONLINE!! On August 2 this year, I was driving through on my way to Houston - so I ordered and payed online for an order to go. The total was $37.92. We waited over 30 minutes AFTER we arrived, and was told it would take at least another hour because they were short staffed. We could not wait- so I told them to please cancel the order and issue a refund. We did not want to wait for them to issue a refund (as we were already running late), so they assured me they would issue the refund when they had time. They never issued the refund even though I called the store numerous time- finally told me I had to contact corporate. Then I sent the receipt to corporate and told them to please issue the refund- as we paid, but never received the order. No refund has been issued by the store OR corporate. The management AND corporate should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I will NEVER go to ANY of these stores ever again (even though I enjoyed the food in the past). I think 4 months is adequate time to wait for resolution. You got my money this time, but lost a customer forever.

Food was great but 2 employees out of the 3 were fighting one was trying to keep it all together which did great and soda mechanics was out of everything but diet so was charged for bottle soda on top of the fountain drink we ordered
