The food is great. The owner is so friendly. I always do take out. She always puts writing on my container telling me to enjoy. I recently got a cheeseburger and it was delicious.
My husband and I stopped here on our way to Houston for New Year's Eve. We google searched for restaurants near us as we traveled down 45 and this one came up with great reviews. We were not disappointed! The server was AMAZING! She was so busy, but kept up with everyone and gave stupendous customer service and was smiling the entire time. Complimentary chips and salsa were really good, my husband's enchilada plate was delicious and just the right amount of food. I asked for veggie fajitas that were not on the menu. The server asked me what I would like for veggies, sides and tortillas and she brought everything...not one thing missing! And it was all delicious! Great experience! We would definitely go back on return trips to Houston. We highly recommend!

The service is great as expected when the owner is the server. The food was great, the fajita meat was tender with good flavor the refried beans are great. The restaurant is small and clean with a community feeling of regulars. I have eaten here 5 times and have not had a bad meal.
Wow!! Just what I wanted and then some. Taste passed my expectations, more of what I was used to. It's a little of my regular path ,but worth the drive. Of course I planning on returning to get that authentic taste. The tamales are very good.

Mouth watering good food! I have never had anything bad here. Tacos, chimichangas, enchiladas, Fiesta dinner... it's all delicious! Even the complimentary salsa is amazing. Best Mexican food in the area!
