Wow ! 2nd visit to a Chipotle. 1st time was a 3 Star meal it was ok , food was not warm , items not available. Today was like a different restaurant. Food was hot , fresh and everything on menu was available. We ordered the bowls option and picked our items. Guacamole was good , that's a must for this menu. All food was freshly cooked seasoned well and I ate all I wanted with a little left. I will return. Good job Chipotle Huntsville Texas
Staff is nice and the food is comparable to Chipolte locations. The floors tend to always be slippery so watch your step.
So I have historically enjoyed Chipotle. I particularly liked the plant based chorizo that came out recently. While attempting to make an online order this evening there was no option for that, so I figured I’d call the store and confirm its absence, since all online information is corporate and not specific to the store I live near. It is not unusual for recent or promotional items to fail to appear on online menu options, after all.This is where the 1 star review comes in. The robot phone response essentially told me that the store employees didn’t have time for my call and refused to connect me to the store to ask a simple question. Since I was unable to have my question answered, I happily gave my money to another, nearby establishment.Note to Chipotle, make it so customers can reach you if you want to do business.
great spot. depends on who is serving you get regular to a good portion size. clean and lots of seating. great herbal tea drinks. all the good stuff.
It's one of the young ladies there was so welcoming, she was very polite she was friendly . I truly appreciate how she stood out from the others, because of her I really enjoyed it & the food was good.I'll make sure I get her name when I go again because she deserves praise..
I want to give it below 1 star. Last time i ordered it togo, they put an insane amount of salt in the rice or something and it made me throw up (there were chunks of salt). Today when i ordered, they put sour cream when i didn't want sour cream (which i'm allergic to). The chipotles in Houston never gave me an issue, this one always does.
I have been to Chipotle many times in my travels across the U.S. but unfortunately I will not be going back to this particular one. I had gotten a steak burrito like I always do, with extra steak and extra Rice with corn and extra guacamole. My burrito was as big as a microwave burrito. Trying to express my concern about the quantity there was a language barrier. So I go on dealing with a 17dollar microwave burrito. We left and went home to eat and then I came across 6 large chunks of pure fat about halfway through the burrito. Unfortunately I and my wife threw our food away..
Terrible service, out of Mild & still had the audacity to not make up for it by not charging me for guac, on top of a smart mouth.
The food here is pretty good. However I got a survey code for chipotle feedback and when I punched in the code it wouldn't let me do my survey. Like why? I want to share my feedback after every meal because my experience is important.
Decent meal as expected. I have taken a liking to the food regardless of location. However, the atmosphere is a little so, so. The location is small, which in turn has customers bumping into each other. The floors are also a little off. Having bare concrete floors ina small place takes away from the ambiance. Maybe more lighting will make it feel more welcoming.Again, the food and the service was good.
