Our group of 20 visited on Tuesday after graduation... we had AMAZING service and food!!! They were up for the challenge!!! We were not the only ones to eat here after graduation either! The place was packed! But you would have never guessed. Our drinks were always full and the food came out together. I think staff working on May 24th need a raise! They were awesome!

Literally the slowest service I've ever had. I had to flag the waiter to get my drink order. Flag the waiter to take our food order. Flag the waiter to ask how long it is going to take for our food. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been here 50 minutes and still don't have my food. I suggest everyone go somewhere else to eat! We left.
Waited over 45 for a side salad , asked waitress, and then was told our order was never put in. Waitress said it would be the next order out. 20 minutes later and still others being served but not us. Finally got up and left.
Very busy, but understandable because of the time and day. Server brought drinks for others at table and forgot mine but left in such a hurry he didn't give me time to tell him. Had to wait almost ten minutes to get someone's attention to bring it up. The food was wonderful like it always is at chili's, the price was reasonable, and the atmosphere was welcoming minus this one issue.

So the last 5 or 6 times we've gone here have been really good,but last night was a disaster!! So to start,service was horrible,the worst I've seen. Then after waiting a really long time for our food,2 of the 3 orders were wrong. And when the brought the right food they still charged us for the extras on top of what we already ordered. The iced tea was not iced at all,it was just tea. On top of all that later that night my wife,daughter and myself were all sick to our stomachs. So needless to say on a 60 dollar check I only left 7 dollars,and that was 5 dollars too much. Won't be going back to this chili's anyway
The Chili’s in Huntsville Tx is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I repeat ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I recommend no one go to this Chili’s at all unless you want to wait 30 plus minutes just to get your drink order ! I came in today and ate lunch with my mom and the food was TERRIBLE. The service was TERRIBLE as well. We literally waited 30 minutes just for us to get our drinks, after a long 30 minutes of waiting on the drinks , the waiter finally came out to take our order... the food took another 30 minutes! (There was maybe a total of 4 tables inside the whole entire restaurant) the server never came to check on us nor ask if we needed a refill! Me and my mom both got bacon burgers and the burgers were TERRIBLE! The meat was dry and didn’t have any seasoning on it whatsoever. We took maybe 2 bites of it and didn’t even eat the rest! It was no reason why the service or food should have been this bad . We went around 1pm today . It was not busy nor that many people in there at all whatsoever! Chili’s in HUNTSVILLE TX will never get my money ever again! This is not the first time I have had this horrible experience!
The staff is rude and slow. The only staff meme ER that was ever nice and patient with me was a young lady named Merrie. I think she worked in to-go but she made every experience I had at this location worth coming back. I haven’t seen her for two weeks hopefully she’ll be back soon. She really made it worth coming to this terrible location.
Really slow service (despite not being busy) and my medium rare steak looked not even rare. The server was very nice and the manager gave us a free dessert. Kitchen seemed to be the issue with the slow service and undercooked food.
