Got a cold sandwich. Not a huge deal. Asked to have it heated or warmed up, and watched the entire kitchen roll thier eyes at the poor front desk helper. Got my new, warm sandwich which was missing bacon. Manager looks down at the sandwich and says "there are three pieces, staring directly at the two pieces of bacon. (Suspiciously tiny..) Morning shift, Tuesday, first week of March: kitchen has a moral and customer service problem. You shouldn't treat employees or customers that way.

Line is always really long a little slow on getting orders out

I know standing in line sucks, but its best to go when busy. Otherwise the food is cold and you dont know how lo g it's been sitting there.

The food is great and the staff are friendly and the service is usually very fast.

If anyone is wondering why this place has very mediocre service its because it doesn't operate under a the real Chick-fila franchise. This place is part of a food chain called Aramark in which restaurants have to go under if they want to do business on campus. Indeed it has very mediocre service, and to my knowledge its employees most likely receive little to no training. There is no excuse for rude and apathetic behavior but the place is usually understaffed, and lacks structure. The same people who take your orders are the same ones who bag it and have to go to the back to make up for the kitchens laziness or employees that walk off. It is oftentimes hard for peo0le to get their orders properly when the person working on their fries is either distracted/or just not there. And it doesn't matter if every other type of meal is out, if one component is missing then it holds everyone back. Only God knows if the managers are aware of this. Don't expect high quality service from a place where people have to multi-task. Also, this nit the place to order Gluten free meals if you're Really Allergic. I've been there myself and I personally dislike the service, I do not intend on returning unless I really need to eat. But all in all if you expect formal service with the best courtesy then the Chickfila in Huntsville is the place to go or any real franchise that's not on campus.

They told us to pull forward, then the manager comes out and tells us that they can't serve even though we were already in the drive thru. Then the manger comes to the window and says they can't serve us but continues to take other people orders which is other cars. That was rude and poor customer service.

Terrible service front from the beginning till after I received my food. I had to explain my simple order 5 times and they still got it wrong. Will think twice before stopping at this location.
