Quick, fast, friendly service and our order was perfect! Traffic was crazy but it went quick and we got out of there! And they have a changing table in the bathrooms now! It's amazing! The workers are so kind and helpful. Such a great asset to our city :)
Tomi in the front cashier had great customer service today in the afternoon had great conversation also and very helpful. So glad the lobby is back open definitely recommended stopping by they won’t disappoint. Kid friendly too.
My #7 is always cold, my wife has gotten her spicy Deluxe wrong twice, (regular chicken and American cheese instead of Colby jack) which she ate cause it still smacks, and they’re cold all the time, but I’ll keep coming cause CFA is the Lords Chicken and I love it

The Smokehouse grilled chicken is my new favorite!!!!!! Good was fresh and hot as always!!!!! Super fast even when crazy busy!!!!!!Love this location always fast the only downside is to you ask for crispy fries and sometimes the fries are soggy. Other then that great location!!!!!
Go to Willis if you’re craving CFA! The staff is inconvenienced, slow, and inside is not clean. Extra crispy fries aren’t an issue there either. ? We love CFA just not this one!
Never had a bad experience at any Chick-Fil-A's restaurant!!! I have eaten at a bunch of them and they are all consistent, clean and friendly. Huntsville is no different, their service, drive through and family friendly atmosphere makes this a fam-favorite. Never gotten anything bad here from their chicken to their lemonade, I love it all.
It's the spot for b-fast, catch a chicken biscuit and a coffee. Have not had a bad chicken sandwich from here yet. Orders always right and out in a timely manner. Makes a good stop between service calls with there fast service
This Chick Fil A is never consistent. Some times my food is made very well and other times I can cook better chicken at home.
Terrible. Manger could not explain anything. Ordered 2) 10 count chicken mini meals, hash browns very old and so hard, chicken minis chicken was so dry and the biscuits were raw. Gross. Asked for honey 3 times, was told it’s in the bag, didn’t get any honey, asked for napkins, no napkins. Husband is in the hospital, I didn’t have time to check my order and from out of town, so I couldn’t just run to the house to get anything extra we needed. Customers food should half price since the employees aren’t doing their job.
