l used to love ordering to go from here. Then i moved & now this location is the closest to me (almost an hour drive). I’ve asked my fiancé on 2 different occasions now to pick dinner up for me on his way home from work & it seems like they cannot give me the correct order if their lives depended on it. The most annoying part is when I call to let them know the only solution they can offer is for us to drive back up there & swap things out. seriously who the F would want to drive 2+ hours for VERY basic bar food!?
Not so friendly service, didnt have any mixed drinks in stock, ordered longbranch cream soda made with Bourbon but tasted like tequila. Bacon smashed burger wasn't cooked. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to table so I could tell them my burger was raw. However they did offer to make me another one but I was ready to go after 30 minutes of waiting asked to take it off my bill and they did.
Service was slow but the guy that wasn't even our server was super nice, would go back again. Fingers crossed we get a nicer server. That was honestly the main issue.Update: I had ordered a brisket sandwich to bring my mother and it was horrible. Barely any meat and what was on it was super dry and tough, also the bun was hard. We ended up feeding it to the dogs. That was disappointing, her wings were good though ?♀️
They got my order wrong for 1 thing and that I could let go but the wings had hardly any sauce on them, they weren't hot. The texture was as if they had been sitting out for a while. Plus they tasted like cheap wings from pizza hut. Would Not recommend.
Food was pretty good and the beer was cold! My grilled chicken sandwich was really yummy. The bacon was crispy, it had a good amount of guacamole and it was just messy enough. ? Others had the crispy chicken sandwich, guffalo wings (mild) and boneless wings. My son, who had the boneless, did not like the Thai Curry flavor and would not recommend. His chicken was also overcooked and rock hard. Otherwise, everything was great!
Waited for 15 minutes for waitress or waiter to come to our table. My wife and I watched the manager talking to his buddy (that was having lunch with his son) for some time and ignored other customers who have been waiting on their food for more than 30 minutes. If you enjoy sticky table, foul smell of body odor, and slow service then this is the spot to be at.
Server was really nice. Tenders and wedges were really good. I do not appreciate the fact that going from one potato type to the next was $1 more after being offered and not knowing. After being offered other options I wasn't interested in I found that it would have been several dollars more,..., after the fact. It appears if you are asked if you want anything different it will boost your bill. It's difficult enough to pay $25+ for one beer and one small meal without getting sneaky bumped. No fault to server as she is obviously trained to do so. As per usual I over tipped anyway. I try to budget where I can do so but the surprises make it difficult
I will not be going back!Service was good but food sucked. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and the tortilla was like cardboard, stale and tough. Could not eat and sadly my husband decided to try the boneless wings, big mistake. Just a chicken nugget with sauce and they were dry ( over cooked) celery and carrots were the best part of the meal ?
Came in with my boyfriend and my friend and her boyfriend and the boys ordered 2 beers each which also took 30 minutes to receive on each beer. We ordered entrees and they came out warm but hard, like they had been sitting in the back all day. The manager came out, gave excuses on why the bartender was taking too long and then further tried to explain why their wings were so bad is because of covid. Yes it’s understandable that covid has made the incoming of food rough on many restaurants, but that doesn’t excuse day old hard wings that have no sauce on them. And after all that, the manager proceeded to charge us for our food even after we didn’t eat it. When we attempted to explain to the manager why we weren’t paying, he got agitated and lost his patience. Clearly he did not get trained in the managerial position well. This Buffalo Wild Wings needs a lesson on customer service and hospitality and patience when conversing with their customers. This experience was awful and I would not suggest eating there.
Mexican restaurants should take lessons from Buffalo Wild Wings on their chips and salsa. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! hot wings were good too !!
