Needs more employees, by the time you receive your food you're already wishing you'd gone somewhere else you could have already ate.As stressed has he associates working there were they still had a good attitude they didn't let their frustrations effect their attitude toward customers. That's why 3 stars instead of 2.
Customer service was good and the food was fresh, hot and yummy. It was a little warm inside the building maybe the ac wasn't on or working and the restroom was dirty. We told them about the restroom and they attended to it quickly. I would eat there again because I do like their food.
This place was understaffed when we stopped by & the lobby was closed. I was really looking forward to sitting down and enjoying a meal from my childhood, but halfway enjoyed it in the parking lot instead. Though, the turnovers here were better than I've had at other Arby's locations. Arby's is putting less and less meat on the Original sandwich. This isn't anything against this specific location, but a disappointment nonetheless.
Didn’t know the chicken sandwiches here are this delicious. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it is huge. I enjoyed every bite.
Passing through after a cruise in Galveston. Maybe they were just having a bad day? The coke tasted weak and they were having problems with getting us what we ordered. He asked for our receipt to know what to give us. He was very nice, tho and the food was good! ?
Frozen meat. Everything about today's experience was awful. And who works fast food drive thru with 3 inch long painted nails? They will not answer phone. No one was in drive thru. Took 10 minutes of continuing to ask if we could place order.
When we finally got our order and left our crispy fish sandwich was cold. The lady couldn't get our order right had to repeat order a few times for her. Do not waste your money and time going there?
The manager/owner was totally amazing.....a previous order had a sandwich so when I went to pick it up today...I ordered a new sandwich and he wouldn't let me pay for it. Totally unnecessary but completely appreciated! Awesome customer service.
Last 2 times I've tried to go there, website says open but nobody will answer drive thru speaker or the phone there. So if there are actually workers there, they aren't working lol
Eaten there 5 times and everytime our order is correct and everything is fresh and good. Quick and friendly too.
