Overall, not worth the trouble. Placed an order in, arrived within the time frame i mentioned, they had the food ready, i tried to put my number in for the rewards but told me to read a sign on their window that due to inflation they are no longer offering it, which i understood. but wouldnt accept my payment because it was a $100 bill...so they wouldnt sell me the food that was already ready to go. I drove 15 minutes to this place, they could have mentioned in the call that tjey do not accept big bills. Oh well. Because of this, our company will no longer be ordering from your establishment for our team members. So if inflation is such an issue, how can you be okay with throwing food away (or at best, give it to your employees to eat while they just stand there looking emotionless amd quiet on their phone, instead of making money?)
Be prepared to wait awhile!First time going to this location. There was only 1 guy taking orders and making drinks and 1 cook. We walked in when there was only 1 oder ahead of us, we ordered then waited. 3 more people came in and ordered. He started to make our (2) drinks. The worker made a few of the others drinks before even starting ours. He made 1 wrong then take longer to make it. he completed the others orders and never made our 2nd.I love drinks from this place but not going to this location again.

It’s too bad because they’re the only bubble tea place near my work and I LOVE bubble tea and mangonada. 3 stars, because even tho their service is lacking I rarely have any complaints about the actual drinks.
Not sure why they don't have the same menu as other locations. Was looking to get the beef garlic noodles but they are not served here. (No noodles in fact)

Really cool place, pretty much a “subway for ice cream” place. The liquid nitrogen fog flowing over the counter is pretty cool, and if you have kids they’d probably enjoy it even more. I’ve cream itself was pretty awesome but not quite the best. Staff was nice too
This place is sooooo good! I love their hot Cheetos fries & the Uber milkshake is just too delicious. Staff is always friendly, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about zero degrees & this is my favorite location!
I met the pony tail girl that didn't want to be there working. Tea was too sweet and syrupy, my thirst refused to die. And the two employees were unable to provide a password for guest access wifi. Wasted my time here for a little bit since I was in a new part of town.
Drinks are good, but food could be better. I used to get the flamin hot elote, but now they’ve started skimping out on the ingredients.
Wanted to try this for a long time. Not that great at all. ? boo ?? First few sips were good, but all the flavor was in the bottom of the cup. Literally the rest tasted like water. And the first few sips were not a that great either. For almost $7. Welp, I can say I’ve tried it now.
