I came to pick up my online order, and I checked to make sure everything was in the bag. I noticed we were missing our sauces “ranch and blue cheese”. So I ran back inside and informed the employee that the sauces were missing.. the employee then informed me that they ran out of ranch and blue cheese. That is the very first time I ever hear a Wingstop say that. Who eats wings without dip??????? Plus they had 8+ plus employees just standing there. There’s no excuse for them not to have sauces!!!! Drove to Wingstop in wallisville! Way different vibe and everyone was working . Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! Go to wallisville!!!
i don’t recommend coming to this Wingstop location. there was around 10 employees there and some of them were just standing around barely doing anything, i ordered my food and they told me 15 mins max of waiting time & it turned into 45 mins. i was honestly being really patient but it really irked me that no one was actually trying to do their job. they were playing and even one of the employees had a cigarette while being in the kitchen. they eventually gave me my food but they did not give me my other order of fries that i ordered so i had to wait even more time for my fries and the lady that i asked for my fries had said that one of the employees had dropped the basket of fries. i really hope it wasn’t the ones i ate. i just really don’t recommend it. 0/10
Placed order at 9:02pm, food was delivered at 10:30pm and was ice cold. Called store and the worker stated I have 2 options, 1) $15 credit on my $63 order. 2) drive up to the store and they'll remake my food and itll be ready in 15 minutes. I decided to go up to the store despite it being 10:30pm and $15 was not a sufficient credit and she guaranteed it would be ready by the time i arrive. I get to the store in 20 minutes and food was STILL not ready. In total I waited at the store for 40 minutes. Therefore it took them 60 minutes to remake the order that they themselves guaranteed was going to be ready in 15 minutes. When I finally received the remade order, it order was WRONG!
The lady working the cashier told the ppl in front of me that she couldn't take new orders. She can only help if you've already called in an order. She was heard saying "I'm tryna get outta here & go home!" Her coworker opened another register & much to get dismay, she had to take new orders. When it was my turn, she looked really upset that she had to be there. She took my order & of course, got it wrong. I ordered boneless & got bone in wings. She told me AFTER I placed my order & paid that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I wouldn't have paid had I known the wait time. I tried calling back to complain but they put me on hold then never came back to the phone. I tried calling back 6-7 times & they never answered after that. The drink machine had no ice & our fries were almost all burnt/overcooked. I will not go back to this location. The location on 59 @ 1960 have a better drink machine & the workers are (barely) friendlier & more efficient.
Recently visited this establishment, usually I understand stress of fast food workers but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Clearly they were understaffed, but the front cashier Ciara was gem, attended me very kindly -it wasn’t until another employee (later found out her name was Celeste) came in had a very rude attitude towards the staff & customers. Im not sure if she is a manager or what but an employee should never act this way to their peers as well as customers. Thank you to Ciara though for making this experience bearable!
This has got to be one of the worst wings stops I’ve been, make sure you double check your orders before you leave on to go orders! They always short you on something!
If I could leave no stars I would. I call Wingstop to place my order over the phone because I have cash. If I had a card I wanted to pay with I would do it online. Up until today I was told that phone orders need to be paid over the phone. Due to new policy so inconvenient. Who wants to drive to the restaurant and wait 30 plus minutes for a to go order.
When their app defaulted my order to the wrong location this location basically said oh well! I guess the managers were hungry themselves and didn't want to issue a refund on the order. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL####
best wing stop ever they had great customer services
We tried the thighs which was not our usuals meal but everything was cooked to order and fresh.
