My order was messed up, so I came back to get it fixed and asked if I could get all flats. That I was willing to wait and pay the extra fee for the all flats and the manager told me no!! So I payed for my order to get messed up and not to get what I wanted on top of that. I honestly wish someone else was in charge and better suited to deal with customers needs. Instead of literally telling people no they can’t get what they want. I literally spent an hour of my life just trying to get food
I am sad that I cannot rate it any lower than one star, because one star for this place makes it look like they try. It is by far the worse wingstop I have ever been at. (not that they are a great place anyway) but I went there out of being the closest wing place near my living quarter. I have had problems with this wingstop in the last year I did stop going but out of desperation and tiredness I said "well its been a while since I've been there maybe its not the same" WRONG! WRONG!! I waited there for an hour for 20 wings and some corn.
On top of the unreasonably long wait time for 10 wings, I get this served. Half-sauced wings with one of them even missing a chunk of chicken from the drumstick. This goes without say, but I'll never be dining from here ever again.
Too expensive for what you get. Save a million bucks by making your own. The ranch dipping sauce is not the same. Everyone use to rave about it. I don't know what that mess is now. Stop trying to deceive the consumer. Get out of the chicken business until you all can get back to the way it was.
Always have to wait an extra 15 mins whenever picking up an order ?
Got cold fries and was told if I would've been on time they wouldn't be , first of all their have been a couple of times I've came up there on time and still got warm fries and had to wait up to 45 minutes and didn't complain but I get checked as the customer c'mon man
Great food and great customer service. I went for lunch and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered chicken thighs combo meal. The thighs were small, not what I imagined for a thigh but it was meaty. I love the fries! They were a little salty. Next time I'm going to get them lightly seasoned. I will most definitely be back.
Host started with a letter “D” didn’t even have a full name on the receipt. She was a black skinny girl long braided hair. First walked into the door there was already a problem. There was a line of people, she was rude, didn’t care how long she took as long as she was taking her sweet time. Guys in the back THAT WERE MAKING THE FOOD were literally eating back there I could see them stuffing there faces.!!!! Overall bad customer service!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!
I went in tonight to place a to-go order and normally the wait is long and the employees have bad attitudes but my order only took 15 minutes and the staff apologized for my wait and invited me back! The vibe was different! I will be back for the lemon pepper bone in wings!
I love Wingstop, but the Wingstop in Humble recently gave me bad experiences. I ordered online and when I got to the store, my order where never ready. At one instance it told me on the app that my order was ready, only to get there with packed people and overly stressed crew who made me wait for an hour for my online order. I was the last one given the order among others who would arrive and would place an order. The second time, again the app said the order was ready and when I got to the store, there were no customers and I still had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order because they just started cooking it when I came to pick it up. I thought online order was there for us not to wait given that I do not want to be in a closed place for a long time due to COVID, and here is a store forcing me to wait despite placing my order online. I can tell this store is very inefficient. I had been to another Wingstop store and would even give me courtesy call that my order was ready.
