You either love it or hate it. I've got to say it's not for me. Clean facility and personable employees, but the burgers were awful. In our group, we tried the Mushroom and Swiss, Single Whataburger, and the Double Whataburger. I will probably only ever return to try their seasonal shakes.
Never consistent when it comes to fresh food. Constantly forgot my sauces, appear very disorganized.. needless to say with all the other options around this whataburger would be my last choice
Went in after 10 pm on a Wed. Manager super understanding on my order instead of saying a # I said # 15 he fixed my mistake no charge. When I went inside to fix my mistake the male cashier was super nice, also when there was no customers he went out to clean tables chairs coke machines. No wonder this place was super clean and smelled nice.
Waiting for 15 minutes at the curbside pick-up. Another five minutes in the line inside... I went inside and after a blame sorry, I was advised rather not to use the app and that's it. Not a sorry from a manager, not even a coupon. I sont recommend this place at all.
Honestly stay as far away from this place as possible. Goto the location off of Northpark and 59 instead!Not sure if it’s stupidity, laziness, or both, but If you go here expect the following:1. Poor customer service2. Your order to be completely wrong (even the most simplest)Example: I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken salad and got an order with no chicken or ranch….I also ordered a double meat burger with only cheese and ketchup (literally the easiest order) and was met with a gulash of cold, soggy toppings.Honestly save your money and go somewhere else.
Great, as usual. Funny, I remember a Whataburger in Plano (in the 90s) that sold chicken gizzards, or liver and gravy.
The staff at this location is always very nice and courteous. Very clean restaurant.You aways see someone in the parking lot sweeping early in the morning. I give it 5 stars for the outstanding job they always do and for the delicious hamburgers! Yum! ?

Never again Whataburger. I understand everyone is short staffed. However, your customers who actually choose to come in have to wait way too long for counter service, due to most customers being conditioned to sit in the drive thru. So drive thrus are packed, staffs overwhelmed and front end service is lacking.
