Terrible late night experience. I know most whataburgers are trash recently and this one definitely is too. I will never understand why it just took an hour for my burger and chicken strips. I'm usually nice and understanding about these things but there's a limit. Something needs to change here. Amazing how this establishment makes money. Gladly takes our money but can't even have quick service. Corporate needs to look into this location.
I don’t know why I keep coming back for more disappointment. Smh The wait is incredibly long. A car in front of me sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no one taking an order.Still sitting here after 25 minutes waiting for my ONE meal. Every time I’ve been here it’s the same story. Arrived in drive thru line at 2:49AM on Sunday May 1st in which I had 4 vehicles in front of me. I ordered the #1 (Whataburger w/ extra cheese, large fries & Coke. I didn't get my food until 3:26AM. When I got home and opened my bag, I had (2) honey chicken sandwiches and a small fries. If you're the supervisor/manager reading this, I REQUEST FOR YOU TO BE DILIGENT AND CONTACT ME as I, am district manager of a restaurant of your competition.
Well it started off with a wrong order in the drive thru and we tried to fix it at the window but they still got it wrong. So I went inside and another manager gladly fixed my order. The food was fresh like always it's just when we ordered they didn't get it right. And when we paid we tired fixing it but the didn't get everything right. Normal they get the orders right but that day everything was incomplete.
Somehow whataburger is considered a fast food restaurant but every time I come here at night it's a 30+ minute wait AFTER ORDERING without fail every time. We ordered 1 meal not alot of food and somehow 3 cars that showed up after us got food first too. Somethings seriously wrong with the management and organization of this Whataburger.
I don’t understand why at this location it takes 20 mins to get food . The worker working the B lane is walking to one car at a time and it’s taking her 10 mins to serve each car when everyone in lane A has gone through. Horrible Service ** I don’t recommend this location **
If your trying to “save time” by ordering ahead of time online, DON’T. Everyone got their order before me, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. The employee mentioned they were short staff but I don’t see why I had to wait so long for something I ordered online for pick up.
I brought a friend here to get a spicy chicken combo. He seemed to be very pleased. No complaints. Even though there were a lot of cars, they served everyone very quickly. We were on our way faster than I expected. The service representative was very polite.
The whataburger patty melt with grilled jalapeños and fries on the side was made to order. Everything was hot and ready to eat. The window associate was very nice as well. The service was fast.
Thank you so much for the chicken sandwich with onion rings I love the regular ketchup the spicy ketchup it was delicious my husband got a number the hamburger with the Texas toast double meat of course I ate all of mines french fry got him a milkshake strawberry with french fries it was nice dining out with the family the restaurant was clean the managers was nice that cashier was great and the lady that served us food THANK YOU so much ??????????
