What a bad service from a Young Guy working in the front with not any Work ethics and didn't care what we really needed. I asked him for Napkins 3 different times and he keep ignoring the fact that I needed Napkins BTW he didn't gave any Napkins to any other customer that ordered to eat there..... I had a very bad experience at this location......
I really wish I had one near me. If you're used to McDonald's or any other big fast food place, better hang on to your hats. The burgers are massive, and if you ask for a large drink, they actually give you a very large.
Order in drive thru is never right!! Get home with less than what you've paid for or onions on your burgers when asked them not to. Who are they listening to. Very poor service!!!
You tell them you want to WHATA-SIZE your order. You get a large fry box that was never opened and filled properly. Barely enough to call it a small fry.Are they that hard up on trying to make money they got a skimp on a french fries? Also on my order I had 3 large Teas 2 Sweet 1 half sweet half regular tea.I ended up with two sweet teas and one regular tea.
First time at Whataburger. The food was good but the service was amazing! We had the best service we have ever received at a fast food restaurant. It was because of Alex. He was very helpful and attentive.
Order taker was extremely positive. In the 30 minutes I was in the store she made at least 10 peoples days visibly better with her Charismatic demeanor. Food was also great. I can in at lunchtime on Jan 26.
Had the hatch green chile burger. It was pretty good.
The order was not correct on Friday evening and on Sunday morning the order was still not corrected they forgot to put in a chicken in the plate of chicken salad only the vegetables
Horrible Curbside Pickup. I ordered my food for curbside pick up at 7:07 and got it at 7:37. I waited 30 minutes for a 3 piece chicken strip meal. Two cars got there after I did and got their food first. One was a small order and the other was a big order. I had to call the store and ask what was up with the wait time and they had no explanation. Horrible. Wouldn’t go here again unless I have to.
Ok drive thru speed. Food was good but had items missing from my order.
