Yolanda was a very rude and unprofessional representative of the store . However Vanessa made up for it with her prompt and friendly service . People like Yolanda need to find another career choice with an attitude like the one she’s carrying around.
I wish I could leave more than 2 stars, i really do. I almost gave 1 but felt like that was being a little harsh. Anyway... most of the time the food has been up to standards. It arrives on time, it's usually still hot when it gets here and the ingredients are usually fresh. Unfortunately that was not the case today. My order was a little late. It got here lukewarm like it had been sitting on a counter somewhere waiting to be picked up. The lettuce was wilty and smothered in mustard. The fries weren't even warm. They were room temp and dry. The part I'm most upset about is they forgot my Dr pepper shake. I was excited to see it back on the menu. I couldn't wait to jab a straw in the top to get that first taste. But no... it didn't come. When I pointed it out to the delivery driver they said they asked at the store if that was all, meaning the burger and fries, and they said yes. I dont fault the driver for not bringing it but I do fault them for promising to bring it right back and not showing up. Guess I shouldn't have tipped online and given that extra cash tip ( I like to give as a Thank you to them for being essential) if I'd known it would never come. So I'm left here craving a delicious Dr pepper shake that I'll never have. Heavy sigh...
I'm a big fan of Whatabuger.. I'm a ride or die girl. So another great whataburger all the way with grilled onions..tasty as always but I would like to recommend you make a bigger purchase of Mushrooms..so that you're not always running out !!!
Efficient, clean and organized. They seemed well-staffed and operated like a well-oiled machine. What usually takes on average 20 sometimes 30+ minutes, I was out in half the time, and my food was fresh and hot. Who ever the shift lead was, kudos to you - I was impressed!
We went threw drive threw and order for 6 people. I have to say they did an amazing job getting our order done correct ? thank you for doing a great job. Also for having a great team
Love this Texans landmark. Only in Texas can a all beef burger be so huge. Uncompairable to any other burger joints. Made to your standards and fresh.
Very clean place including the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. Good quality everything. If you are getting into Houston from the airport and want some Whataburger, this location is it.
I usually love whataburger but this experience was horrible. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese taquito with hash browns and bacon, they brought me bacon and eggs in a tortilla. I also ordered biscuits and gravy add scrambled eggs they did not give me any gravy. When the guy finally brought me the correct taquito he handed it to me and everything fell out so he watched me re wrap it luckily everything fell out in the bag. They finally brought me some gravy but it was the gravy for the chicken strips. I asked again for sausage gravy and they finally brought it. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for my brothers order.
The food was great but they forgot my apple pies. I hate going to a fast food restaurant and they rush you through the drivethu. When you get home the thing you absolutely wanted is missing. Thank you Janae for saying they editor be replaced with my receipt.
