I always enjoy a Waffle House. This one was filled with great service, and was packed out. We poured into our small booth and enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the wait staff and cooks. They are a well oiled machine! The food was awesome as always, we had blueberry waffle, chocolate chip waffle, hash browns and onions! So yummy!
I was looking forward to Eating at this place.The food was a total disappointment the waffles were not even crunchy!They tasted like pancakes!The coffee was horrible .I enjoyedthe Orange juice!The waitress was nice!If you like a McDonald's breakfast with pancakes then you'll like this place.
Literally watched our waitress pick up dishes and trash from a table. Dang near put her whole arm in the trash to push it all down then immediately grab plates to give to another table without washing her hands. We already had our food but I was disgusted. On top of being nasty she is clearly not trained in customer service the way she talks and takes orders from customers. Wont be at this location again. We frequent other locations and dont have this problem
Fantastic. Our waitress was amazing. I'm pretty sure her name was Sapphire. Very polite. Made sure our cups never went empty. Food was amazing. Good food and great service is exactly what we got.
Not 1 not 2 but 3 hairs in my food and 1 in my sons plate.... you guys should all get fired and the owner should be banished from representing the waffle house name. Thanks to this waffle house im never eating at any other waffle house again in my life.
We got stuck in Houston due to flight cancellations from Coronavirus on New Year's Eve. Waffle House, which we had never eaten at before, was one of the only restaurants open, and the staff were friendly, fast, and helpful despite a busy influx of customers. Staff wore masks, but most customers did not. The waffles and eggs were well done. The menu is very limited, and tea was not available as a drink option, but we were thankful to find any place with decent food and grateful for the good service.
Excellent! Great cook on night AM shift. Eggs done to perfection! Everything was EXACTLY like I requested including sausage and that big round wheel i found out was a waffle lol. All compliments to the chef!
Good followed by the not so good.It took a bit before a server acknowledged me and got me a coffee and a menu. But after that she was on top of the coffee and service and very friendly but busy. The food was spot on comfort breakfast like I grew up with. Grits were spot on good. Bacon was cooked perfect. Eggs were exactly over easy. No complaints on the food. Coffee was great and hot not bitter and cold.Now the bad. I think I arrived at shift change. Which was unfortunate because an overall good experience was degraded because of the arguments and yelling. My waitress who had just came on duty asked about some dirty dishes beside me. No one claimed them so she took them down from the counter and set them on a cart. Then another waitress who appeared to be going off duty and washing dishes put them back on the counter and said she wasn’t washing them. This went on several more times. Same set of dirty dishes slammed on and off the counter. And a slamming of the dishwasher door as frustration built. Appeared there was no manager on duty to take control of the situation. Very unfortunate. Also, what genius put the dish washer out front. It should be behind the door and the prep should be done out front.
We had been at the gem and mineral and we're looking a for a place to eat before we headed back to Katy. We picked Waffle House because it was something the kids would like. We weren't disappointed! It was really good! The best part was the staff, especially Beth. She was awesome! So friendly and accommodating. That woman needs a raise. Waffle House is lucky to have her!
There were 3 employees who were working when we got in. We interacted with 2 and they were nice. We used to go to Waffle House when I was in school. It reminds me of my school days. We got the chicken melt hash browns and the double hash browns with coffee. We swept the plates? and the cups. Service and good food always a great combination. Keep up the good work guys!
