Kind of a mess, truth be told. Our waitress was super sweet, but slightly forgetful. Between having to ask for a coffee for my husband, silverware in order to eat, and my daughter's waffle. The cook did things differently. For one she cooked all the meat first and set it aside, which then flies took it upon themselves to feast on ?. We had to ask for it to be remade. Then once served, all the bacon was on one plate! I had to ask for more plates in order to serve my family ?♀️. When we received our silverware, she gave it to us in a mug of hot water......
This is our ? favorite waffle house. Every time we go the staff is always upbeat, friendly and has great customer service. From Sharley, to Rose, the lil stud cook don't know her name, to the Manager. This is def a location with great food, great service and always a great atmosphere. I pass up waffle houses all the time just to come to this location.
This location was a horrible experience. I ordered my food and never received my food. The manager William was called and said they were short staff. However continued to stand around and just look at the employees. The staff got into it and started yelling at each other. This is clearly not somewhere I would eat at again. And management needs to be trained on how to run a restaurant under pressure and being short staff. Good managers roll there sleeve up and help.
Was the worst waffle house and dirty. We got cold waffles given to us. I return mine for a fresh one. Then got another cold one. Waited 20 mins for coffee and had to ask for it. Then we got the second cup over coffee right before we left. Waitress sat at a dirty counter instead of cleaning it first. I could just keep going on and on about this place.
I had just read a post complimenting Princess, who is one of the super star employees there. She did a wonderful job, got our order right, and refilled our drinks as busy as it was. Sometimes the experience at this location and be a bit much, but we love Waffle house and gave it another shot. Princess and the TEAM working today did well! I love it when the employees play music they like, and it gets them all singing in the kitchen and making the best of their workday! We are glad Waffle House is one of the businesses that have wethered the storm and hope it continues. Thank you, Princess?
Good food, good people (loud as hell) but nice. The food don't get much better and Erica handled everything like a proThis one got a little ghetto in it but it feels like home & family. Like all waffle houses... come, enjoy the company, eat the good food and don't forget to tip or they will let you know about it.
Food is great, our waitress was great, but the young lady that was cleaning tables was totally worthless!! People where in line (we were next) and she slowly looked at the table we were to sit at. It was full of dishes. So she slowly walked to get a broom (shouldn't you clean the table off first?) came back with one, set it down and slowly walked back to get a dust pan. Already she had been told twice to bus the table. Now she slowly some what pulled out a little bit of paper, deep it up. Now manager tells her to bus table and tells a young man to help her. Now she walks slowly behind the counter and by the time she got there I had pushed all the dishes and glasses towards our waitress and she was swapping down the table. Was I being singled out. Never will I go to the Humble location again
LISTENNN! We thought we’d been missing DOT’S but this place here is the bomb.com. We only go for breakfast but it is sooo good. I had to look make sure my Mother wasn’t on that grill/kitchen. The staff always have a good attitude.
Great food always!! Sometimes there can be differences in price depending on who does your order but aside from that the food is amazing and the place is clean and the wait is never bad.
when this Waffle House gets crowded, they don't quite get orders done right ... I ordered soft scrambled eggs, but they weren't ... another customer said the sausage with his order was under-cooked ... another customer pointed-out their waffle still was doughy
